It was a shit show. Truck was reserved on phone not either location for 8. The call b4 said 10. The truck wasn't there when we got there. Drove to another location where truck was there but no keys. We were late bc we had to go back to first location and get bigger truck. It was hard to manage. I received email saying we didn't return the truck. Then a receipt saying we did. Lack of communication.

Great service
Steven RNo improvement is needed, The service provided at pick-up and drop-off was outstanding. They understood my needs and helped me understand how to hook-up the trailer, and quickly checked me in when returning.
MICHAEL H"Daily" rental rate is supposed to be for 24 hours I brought back the trailer in 10 hours and got charged for 2 days. When i called the location to complain they gave no satisfaction.
Lawrence SZach was very helpful and professional, he helped me get any issues sorted out and got my order completed promptly!
