Your lock is hard to open to get the key out. For some reason our phone did not pick up the location on the GPS at the exact spot we needed to be even though we were parked right in front of the key box.

Awesome, made my reservation online, walked in and was out of the door within minutes with a truck and everything I ordered. Used the truck, pulled up to the door, walked in and was checked out within a minute. Before I got home received my receipt by email. The entire process could not have been easier and will use this location again!!
Robert SIt was a shit show. Truck was reserved on phone not either location for 8. The call b4 said 10. The truck wasn't there when we got there. Drove to another location where truck was there but no keys. We were late bc we had to go back to first location and get bigger truck. It was hard to manage. I received email saying we didn't return the truck. Then a receipt saying we did. Lack of communication.
