How U-Haul Reviews Worklong story. did not have Pacifica with fold down seats. was told airport could help me. went to airport-had trouble finding office and was told they couldn’t switch cars unless i turned mine in and rented again at more than double the cost. wasted a good few hours at the start of my trip doing this.
