REGINALD BHad problems accessing my reservation and it was after hours - called the office line even though it was closed and the after hours line. Both people helped me and made sure I could complete the reservation and take the truck. Great customer service!
Jerrold LThe facility did not appear to be staffed on Saturday. NOTE ON THE DOOR - "we are out in the storage area and will be back in a few minutes. If it is urgent call". Got to the facility around 2:30 pm and it closed at 3:00 pm. NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. Got picked up at 3:10 pm. Still .... no one ever showed up in the office. And the lock box to get the key. Your website indicates it is on the outside of the driver's door. NOT SO. After looking for 20 min. I noticed it was inside the cab between the two seats. Not an overall good experience both from a location and website viewpoint.

Arash AThe truck I was given was covered in dead bugs on the outside. Disgusting. Not just one or two. But caked in bugs. Then. Your facility is in the middle of construction and dead lock traffic. It took me a half hour to get there from a mile away. Then! I never got a code to open the box to pick up the key. Told it was super easy. I thought great. Skip the looong wait at the counter. No. Instead I was there an hour to pick up because I had to call a live agent to get the code. Then go back into dead lock traffic to go home to pack. Then turning around to do that same process to return in the traffic. I want to know why my quote was not used. They quoted me $104 and change. Now my rental is $136 and change. I get to the facility to return it and your clerk tells me I’m returning at the wrong facility. I’m supposed to take it down the road to the U-Haul center so it can be washed. As if it’s my fault the bugs are there. I said this is where my contract told me to return it. She asked me the address and continued to question me. Then said we’ll I guess since your already here I’ll check it in. As if she was going to make me go back out in that traffic to go down the street to return it at another facility to get washed. YOU GAVE IT TO ME THAT WAY!!! Then that girl that checked me in said you don’t have to stay to check it in, if your all set you can go. I went to leave and I said to myself no I better get a receipt. I go into the office and ask her for one as I can’t see it in the app. She seems annoyed that I’m asking and said she has to check it in first. So I repeat to her ok well I need to know the amount because my son has to repay me. I was quoted $104 and change so I wanna make sure that’s right. She said yeah I saw you got a special rate of $42 dollars. Yes I said it was offered for me to return the truck to the same place. Oh ok. Yeah that’s it. So then I get my receipt why do it say it’s $136. I am not including the gas receipt that i also paid the $45.86. I was stuck in that traffic so long I forgot to stop and get gas in my frustration. Was I supposed to sit in that for another hour? So glad i went to this one because I originally asked for wixom which was way closer. But I went for the deal the lower price. But the price of my return is wrong and I’m going to be calling you to today to at the very least fix that. I have to move my son again in a month and I will not be using U-Haul. If you look me up I used to rent from you often. I stopped because of situations like this. Seriously frustrating from beginning to end.

Naushaba KI used the vehicle for 6 hours and I filled the gas to the level it was given ( have pictures ) but I was charged for 3 days and for 8 gallon gas and gas service fee . I tried calling couple of times and no response

Anthony KThe representative working the desk was a true professional. She called ahead and helped me adjust my reservation time, and when I arrived there were multiple customers there that she was assisting. Even though the Uhaul systems were not working she gave each one of us attention and helped us work through it. I was impressed with how quickly she was able to get things completed and will definitely recommend this location for the service that was given!
Brandon GAt vehicle pickup I was told if I keep mileage below 50 miles I don't have to refuel. I drove 44 miles and was charged an additional $14 for gas at drop-off. Van was great, service was great.

glen pThis UHaul location said they would change the drop off location to the Country Storage location. The contract was not put in correctly and now I have been double charged unfairly and extra $121. I would not recommend using UHaul after the awful experience I have had. Customer service has been terrible.
Rachel LI had a most wonderful experience with the U-Haul staff at this location. Dominique really went the extra mile to locate my prescription glasses. She checked a second time after initially not seeing the glasses case under the rental truck seat on her first check. She called me to let me know that she had found them and even brought them out to my car when I arrived at U-Haul. Thanks again Dominique!!
Daniel MYou can make sure the employee is there at the time that was honored in the contract to pick up. Employee thought it was more important to clean out a vehicle thanto be at the office, she put an out of office sign up with a mobile, I could see her cleaning out the truck, she did not respond to the text to me, She continued to sweep out the truck as opposed to coming back to the office to take care of me, I sat there until about 315 and watched her clean out a truck, she didn’t apologize and when I said something about bringing it back at 7:15 instead of seven because I had to wait she said no, horrible horrible customer service, as a matter fact this may take me away from going to U-Haul again and look for better service options, I don’t know like Penske next time.
Jeffrey BI’ve picked up trucks from Michigan Storage Center a few times and the experience has always been great. Clean vehicles and an easy process. The only challenging aspect is the lack of parking at the location. You either need to come with someone else or walk from a nearby lot.

Amer Sjust a suggestion … tank 3/8 full is rather subjective in interpretation … better, i would think, if practice was … start with a fill tank/finish with a fill tank. no biggie, just a suggestion!

James MThe exterior front end of the van was a little muddy and there were residual animal hair in the driver's cabin. The online booking process worked really well except for one small but important thing. There was no indication, while getting the reservation, that a secondary verification was needed before I could drive the rental vehicle out.
