I was charged for 6 furniture protection pads lost, but I have the picture of when I returned it with all of them perfectly folded and stored in the same bags. I returned in person to the location to ask a correction on the charge, but the answer I got is that they could do nothing about it.

TOMISLAV MI would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences at your location. I rent trucks from your facility at least once a week, and over the past four weeks I have continued to choose your location because my storage units are nearby, making it very convenient for my business. Unfortunately, my interactions with one of your employees, Lindsey, have been consistently disappointing. She is a new employee. I have found her demeanor toward me to be discourteous and unwelcoming. As a loyal customer who brings repeat business to your location, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. At this point, I no longer feel that my business is valued or appreciated. Because customer service is extremely important to me, I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I do not mind driving a few extra miles to rent from Penske or another company if it means receiving a more positive and respectful customer service experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe feedback from loyal customers is important, and I sincerely hope this concern can be addressed. I would much rather continue doing business with your location, but that will depend on the quality of the customer experience moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.
