Thankfully took picture of gas tank because facility tried to say gas was at 5/8 tank when it was rented at 1/2 tank. Little details matter when you are taking people's money. Information needs to be accurate to ensure an excellent experience.

RON B.My overall experience was great. The staffs were helpful and knowledgeable. The only area of improvement I'd recommend is the nationwide call number. It takes too long to get to speak with a person and I'd typically be transferred 3x per call, waiting on hold each time.
David O.I was given the wrong vehicle,so there was a discrepancy with milage like 10,000 to be exact. Contract was one van given another..Wiper was broke and the hose for fluid kept coming off...Brakes where bad..The customer service Rep.Melissa was rude because the web sent us to Ritchie Hwy and her location was Ft.Smallwood got rude bc I told her I would be there in 15 minutes..She basically called me a liar about the web gave us direction to another location made me wait until she pulled it up on her computer to see if what I was saying was a lie.Van was not up front waiting it was in another lot we had to go find it ourselves.. It was totally not worth $ 275.00 to have to go through her rudeness and a vehicle with many malfunctions ..Will never return to this location again!

MICHAEL B.My wife and I had an appointment at 10 AM. We got to the location at 10 AM and we were not helped until 10:30 AM. Then we found out that only one furniture dolly was available (we reserved two) and only 6 furniture pads were available (we reserved two dozen).

JUDI L.There were two people working the girl was extremely pleasant and helpful however there was a man there that I guess checks in the vehicles after drop off. I left my wallet in the lower console by mistake and left I got to the toll booth and realized I had no money or wallet. I made it back within the hour and the wallet was gone. The girl didnt know anything about it but the man followed me in and realizing I was there about the wallet said " oh I thought that may have been you" He pulled it from his back pocket and handed it over to me. My concern is why wasn't it at the desk and why didnt someone call me on the cell phone I had on file. Nothing was missing but this was disturbing and didn't set well with me.
