We contacted two U-Haul places before this, one in Dundalk and the other in Pasadena. They were disasters. The persons we dealt with were not friendly or motivated to help in any way. We went to one other U-Haul at Jumpers Hole Road/Ritchie Highway and that gentleman was very helpful and it led to us finally finding a truck on Ft Smallwood Road, through his help. The people we dealt with there was again, very helpful and pleasant. If we have occaision to need another truck, we would go directly to the Ft. Smallwood location.

No one at location after 5, not clear where to park truck. Reserved 15’ truck had to drive 26’ truck. Took too long to find solution which was to go back to original location for a third time and get much larger truck.

RON BMy overall experience was great. The staffs were helpful and knowledgeable. The only area of improvement I’d recommend is the nationwide call number. It takes too long to get to speak with a person and I’d typically be transferred 3x per call, waiting on hold each time.
David OI was given the wrong vehicle,so there was a discrepancy with milage like 10,000 to be exact. Contract was one van given another..Wiper was broke and the hose for fluid kept coming off...Brakes where bad..The customer service Rep.Melissa was rude because the web sent us to Ritchie Hwy and her location was Ft.Smallwood got rude bc I told her I would be there in 15 minutes..She basically called me a liar about the web gave us direction to another location made me wait until she pulled it up on her computer to see if what I was saying was a lie.Van was not up front waiting it was in another lot we had to go find it ourselves.. It was totally not worth $ 275.00 to have to go through her rudeness and a vehicle with many malfunctions ..Will never return to this location again!

MICHAEL BMy wife and I had an appointment at 10 AM. We got to the location at 10 AM and we were not helped until 10:30 AM. Then we found out that only one furniture dolly was available (we reserved two) and only 6 furniture pads were available (we reserved two dozen).
