Changed locations didn’t inform me until day prior then didn’t tell me that there was no utility dolly while needing to specifically move a washer, a dryer and a three-piece sectional, a 65 inch TV and a TV stand and a dresser so then after paying people to be at a said location to pick up everything out of the storage unit, we had to take time out of our day that we paid people for to go get a utility dolly from another U-Haul location that was 20 minutes away after driving 30 minutes out of the way just to get the U-Haul that we previously requested and you guys changed locations without even talking to us and then we had to pay to drive it even farther? And then didn’t even proceed to tell us that you changed the drop off location. Which we were not aware of until we went to go drop it off and I pulled into the original U-Haul location and it told me I was not at the correct drop off spot and I have screenshot showing confirmation of my drop off spot so not you U-Haul manager or anyone can tell me that it was my mistake online and the person that we picked up the utility Dolly from due to your lack of service and proper policy procedure and poor customer service by not informing me that you changed not only pick up but fucking drop off location without my knowledge I only have a certain amount of money as I’m on disability and then I had to pay that much more money and gas that I was not planning on. I will be calling and speaking to a CEO and manager tomorrow not of LLC bullshit but corporate and I have no problem going online and putting photos videos, conversations, messages, and pictures of every problem you guys have given us during this move, it has been very inconvenience seen too our family. I’m very dissatisfied and I will never use U-Haul again.
