Nobody at this location when I went to drop off the truck. Attempted to do mobile drop off but yet again the app refused to let me make an account thus inhibiting me from doing mobile drop off. A man who didn’t work there pulled up and was able to contact his friend who did work there on his personal cell to assist me. Would recommend fixing this issue that I had with the (as well as my friend had) so mobile drop off can work if nobody is at the locations.

JEFFREY SMy Uhaul truck broke down and left me stranded while moving all of my belonging cross country. So unsafe and could have put my life in danger.

NADEEM RIt would have been nice NOT to have to wait for the guy. The sign said “open” and his personal truck was on site, ( but he wasn’t there!) While i understand the IA STATE FAIR was happening - I managed to be on time so I don’t understand why he wasn’t. I told the girl for the reservation that 12 noon was when I was planning to be there. So it was a bit obnoxious that Danielle had to call him to come there. The guy also told me it was only going to be $20-$30 to rent the hauler. When I got to the 2nd location to pick up the hauler the price jumped to $105.!!! I was unable to afford the car hauler. I will say your employees were friendly- but the service wasn’t actually provided. My frustration w/uhaul is when people are scheduled/supposed to be there - they should be there !! (At the actual location). When they aren’t there and you can’t tell to someone on the phone it’s really frustrating.
HOPE TI called to get a receipt and the person who answered was away from the office and promised a call when they returned. I had to call them back and they said the receipt had already been sent. Because I was calling they should have realized that I hadn't received it or I wouldn't be calling for one. She was very mater-of-fact and unapologetic and told me to call the main number. I had to ask for it and she gave me the alpha-numeric number. None of my devices have letters any longer so I still had to look up the number to get what I needed.
Suzanne WThis place didnt know what they were doing. After I had picked up the truck, I got a call from Uhaul asking if I picked up the truck and where I picked it up from. The person who gave me the key said I was all good to go but I guess she didnt realize she had to dispatch me. This caused problem returning the uhaul to the next location in the app. The uhaul app was terrible.

Jesus LThe employees here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient! I had no reason to go into the office because the employee did all the paperwork right at my truck. But the grounds were good and spacious!
