To be fair we dropped off after hours. Do, we did not interact with any on site staff. It was fine.

No problem with this location. But it wasn’t the one that was supposed to have our reservation. The morning was a complete cluster.
Enita LWe had an appt to pick up at 11am. Got a call about 9:40am that no one would be there and they needed to switch us to a 24/7 reservation. I had already checked in online, uploading pictures of my driver's license, etc. Had to do that all over again with my cell phone once I got there. Wanted info about my other driver; sent him a link that would not allow him to click "Continue" after he filled in information (that I had already entered the previous day). They did put the key inside the truck with a padlock, and we were then able to access the code and be on our way, so I do appreciate that we were still able to pick up the truck. (This was after I had made a reservation to pick up at another location and was called 2 days prior, saying that a truck in the size we wanted would not be there and that this location was the closest option.)

Cody RThe office was kind of rough looking with a nude pinup poster on the wall. The employees in the garage were cursing and arguing loudly. The guy who helped me was good, fast and professional.
