The guy refused to connect the trailer in the rain and when we came back the computer system was down. Did not get the trailer until hours later. I had to check the trailer lights myself. When loading my car on the trailer, one of the ramps came off the trailer just as my back tire came off of the ramp and on to the trailer. Come to find out the metal latch for that ramp was broken and I was not advised of this. It was broken before I used it because he tied a strap to the trailer to hold it. If I would have been told this I could have strapped the ramp so it couldn't fall off. This could have severly damaged my car. Told the guy when I dropped it off and he didn't seem to care that it happened.

The gentleman was unprofessional, he didn't explain anything to me, I told him I needed it for One 1, day only , he charged me for two 2 days. I called and left him 3 messages asking him to call me back which he never did return my call, nor would he answer my calls. He didn't walk me to the truck and explain anything, I'm asked for a moving dolly, he said the truck DID NOT COME WITH ONE. I was not impressed or happy with my experience. I will tell anyone asking to rent a uhaul in Mexico to NOT USE WHI I USED. AND I THOUGHT THAT THE TRUCK WAS A BASIC FEE PER DAY PLUS MILEAGE THIS GENTLEMAN CHARGE ME $374 ON MY CARD GAVE ME A LOCATION TO DROP THE TRUCK OFF I DON'T KNOW HOW HE FIGURED OUT HOW MANY MILES THAT I WAS GOING TO NEED OR USE TO WHERE I WAS GOING AND NOW I GET EVERY EMAIL SAYING THAT I STILL OWE PENDING CHARGES AND I'M NOT GOING TO PAY THEM.

He was super nice and understanding. If I called, he answered. This was my first time EVER using a Uhaul, and he made it easy. So thankful for him honestly. Thankful we have this, in this small community .

I came to drop off afterhours and the lock box would not lock so I wasnt sure what to do. It was confusing and I left the key in a random place and left a voicemail. He later called and figured it out but that was the only weird part!

I got charged twice and the guy was pretty rude. Added extra stuff that we said we didn't want. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and this was my FIRST and LAST experience.

The gentleman who helped us did well with adapting to our circumstances. Our reservation was not met at a previous location so we were sent here. We were very frustrated but this man worked to get us the right truck and even helped us further by going above and beyond what was expected to help us.

My preferred rental location. Quick and easy. Had the keys waiting for me and out the door in less than 5 minutes. As this isn't his "main business" if you already have a uhaul profile set up online, it will help speed up your time. Equipment was great, clean and worked well both times I've rented here.

instruct this impatient rude and lyin individual how to run a uhaul place its supposed to be a simple hassle free experience he charge me double for a one day rental of 6 miles thats how close i live to this place and i made one trip one load it shouldve been no more than 69 dollars not 130
