I booked this truck well in advance for a 2:00 PM mobile pickup, and this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I arrived at approximately 2:05 PM to find no truck available for my mobile pickup and no one at the location, despite the open sign being on. I called the person running the location, who told me he had no record of my reservation and said he was at the store—which he clearly was not. I then had to call U-Haul customer service, who contacted him to confirm my reservation. When he finally arrived, the truck was parked around back in a lot where the trucks were packed literally bumper-to-bumper and inches apart on the sides. There was no reasonable way for me to access the truck or take the required pickup photos of all sides. When I explained that I was already upset and asked how I was supposed to complete the required photos or safely get the truck out, his response was completely unacceptable. He became angry, cursed at me, yelled at me, told me to find the truck myself, said he “owned this shit,” and told me to get off his “damn property.” He also told me that if I left my personal vehicle there, he would have it towed. I ultimately had to pull the U-Haul around the corner to a safe location just so I could take the required photos, move my personal vehicle down the street to public parking, and then walk back to the U-Haul. The entire ordeal put us more than an hour and a half behind schedule, and we ended up still moving belongings at midnight. The return process is just as problematic. There is nowhere at this location to safely park a truck and walk around it to take all of U-Haul’s required return photos without parking in front of the business, which apparently is not allowed. There is a large open lot next door, but customers apparently cannot use it. This location simply does not have adequate or safe space to operate U-Haul trucks under the mobile pickup/return process. More importantly, no customer should ever be cursed at, yelled at, threatened with having their vehicle towed, or told to get off the property for expressing a legitimate concern about their reservation. I have rented from U-Haul expecting a professional and reasonably safe experience. This was neither. I expect U-Haul management to review what happened at this location and contact me regarding this experience.

brad bThe guy refused to connect the trailer in the rain and when we came back the computer system was down. Did not get the trailer until hours later. I had to check the trailer lights myself. When loading my car on the trailer, one of the ramps came off the trailer just as my back tire came off of the ramp and on to the trailer. Come to find out the metal latch for that ramp was broken and I was not advised of this. It was broken before I used it because he tied a strap to the trailer to hold it. If I would have been told this I could have strapped the ramp so it couldn't fall off. This could have severly damaged my car. Told the guy when I dropped it off and he didn't seem to care that it happened.
Jonathan HThe gentleman was unprofessional, he didn't explain anything to me, I told him I needed it for One 1, day only , he charged me for two 2 days. I called and left him 3 messages asking him to call me back which he never did return my call, nor would he answer my calls. He didn't walk me to the truck and explain anything, I'm asked for a moving dolly, he said the truck DID NOT COME WITH ONE. I was not impressed or happy with my experience. I will tell anyone asking to rent a uhaul in Mexico to NOT USE WHI I USED. AND I THOUGHT THAT THE TRUCK WAS A BASIC FEE PER DAY PLUS MILEAGE THIS GENTLEMAN CHARGE ME $374 ON MY CARD GAVE ME A LOCATION TO DROP THE TRUCK OFF I DON'T KNOW HOW HE FIGURED OUT HOW MANY MILES THAT I WAS GOING TO NEED OR USE TO WHERE I WAS GOING AND NOW I GET EVERY EMAIL SAYING THAT I STILL OWE PENDING CHARGES AND I'M NOT GOING TO PAY THEM.

ELIZABETH BI came to drop off afterhours and the lock box would not lock so I wasnt sure what to do. It was confusing and I left the key in a random place and left a voicemail. He later called and figured it out but that was the only weird part!
MENDY DI got charged twice and the guy was pretty rude. Added extra stuff that we said we didn't want. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and this was my FIRST and LAST experience.

As this isn't his "main business" if you already have a uhaul profile set up online, it will help speed up your time. Equipment was great, clean and worked well both times I've rented here.
