Was charged 50 mile deposit and got none of it back even though I only used 26 miles. Terrible uhaul location.

michael hCompared to what I have been used to with U-Haul, I would say that this place was a bit lacking. The area is nice, the lot large and and it was easy to get to to the large trailer I had rented. However, I was extremely surprised when told I needed to lift the tongue and connect the trailer to my truck on my own with no assistance or supervision. I'm strong, but as a 70 year old it was very difficult to accomplish this task plus attach the trailer to the truck correctly as well as hooking the chains, attaching the connectors for the lights and then checking all my connections on my own. I've always had assistance at other dealers. This location needs people that can assist with hoking up a trailer.
Dean PThese comments is specially for U-HAUL only. 1. Power steering / Wheel Alignment wasn’t good always pulls to the right. 2. Brake TOO hard while braking. 3. For short people at least driver seat should have an option for Vertical adjustment. 4. Headlight too dim for night driving. 5. If possible there should be the CarPlay or at least bigger screen. 5. For 3 person it’s just too small for long travel.

Joseph PThe location was great they reserved the uhaul for me the issue is they need training to rent these units they need newer trailers trailer had bent fenders and they should come assist lifting the tongue due to the weight of it they were friendly but that's all
