The employee at the pickup location was friendly but didn’t seem very knowledgeable. He was trying to juggle the Quick Stop customers and the U-Haul customers at the same time so he didn’t provide the service I am use to at other U-haul locations. He didn’t assist with hitching the trailer.

Berik HInstructions where to pick up truck was unclear. Instructions for the App pick up unclear. Price to rent a truck was ridiculous! Getting hold of someone to help on the phone was nearly impossible. I would like to see more in person pick up rather than remote pick up.
