Was charged 50 mile deposit and got none of it back even though I only used 26 miles. Terrible uhaul location.

Kelli MThe “check engine” light was on in the truck’s dashboard. It stayed on the entire time I had the truck and I noted it to UHaul when I turned it in. No issues driving the truck, but it was disconcerting and caused me to worry.

michael hCompared to what I have been used to with U-Haul, I would say that this place was a bit lacking. The area is nice, the lot large and and it was easy to get to to the large trailer I had rented. However, I was extremely surprised when told I needed to lift the tongue and connect the trailer to my truck on my own with no assistance or supervision. I'm strong, but as a 70 year old it was very difficult to accomplish this task plus attach the trailer to the truck correctly as well as hooking the chains, attaching the connectors for the lights and then checking all my connections on my own. I've always had assistance at other dealers. This location needs people that can assist with hoking up a trailer.
