EUGENE SI had the 26 foot truck, and it drove very nice and easy. The only thing i wish it had was electric windows, including electric rear view mirrors. Also I wish it didn't have a governor on it. Other than that, it was fantastic!
SEAN RWould be nice to have a real person available during 'normal hours' to speed up the return process. The virtual employee was very helpful.
Eva Hvirtual check in was awful no one knew where truck was connection was with 5 different people had to wait for someone to arrive to tell me truck was behind locked gate behind building , virtual folks kept making me walk to wrong 2 trucks out front repeatedly even though i told them key did not work and plate and numbers did nto match , called regional manager cell number i was provided 2 times and left him 2 message and he never bothered to return the call about this issues . avoid locations with virtual check ins . but they dont tell you which ones are virtual . When girl did finally show up she was very polite and helpful and drove truck up front , said she did not know why virtual ast did not give me the gate code to get the truck behind the locked building and gate , but I dont understand why the truck was not out front! Also had to drive to another location to get the car trailer , why couldnt both be together?
DAVID FTruck was filthy. Yard debris and mud in it. Inside cab was also filthy with spilled drinks. I have pics for your viewing. We were two hours late on our moving because we had to clean the truck ourselves in order to unload our storage unit at this location.

Christopher MThe truck smelled so bad. It had nasty wet dog food in the back and smelled like a wet dog. I had to clean it out before putting my belongings in it.
Jeff CThe mileage was incorrect from the beginning, and I took a picture of it, but the app did not keep the photo, and I got charged for 250 miles, instead of 80 miles.
Gary SIt’s absolutely ridiculous that you offer appliances when they’re “subject to availability” we went to pick our truck up at 8 and the utility dolly wasn’t in it. So we tried to go into the office and they weren’t open for an hour. Once they finally did open with us standing out in the cold, the employee said they hadn’t had an appliance dolly at that location in months. So then I had to take the uhaul almost 20 miles out of the way to pick it up, and your customer service said I couldn’t get any credit or anything for gas to get all the way out there. Had you just provided like $25, you would have saved a customer. Last time we use uhaul.
Jackson WThe lady who helped me at this location was AWESOME! She was the epitome of excellent customer service......kind, helpful, intuitive AND she rented me a storage unit, which I hadn't planned on, but made complete sense for my overall plan! Nothing to do with her ....... but your computing system may need help. It was very slow and froze up a few times. Also, I made my truck reservation on line and your system knew nothing about it. I had received a confirmation number and everything. Thank goodness your location still had a truck she could rent to me. Although now, I'm not positive it was a 15' truck. Regardless, I had a very good experience at this location...... thanks to a customer service representative that was spot on!!!
Rene SOffice was closed due to staffing issues. Left 2 messages on the number that was posted on the office door and no call back. Went to your website and started a text chat to get my truck rental and 2 dollys. Moe was very helpful with getting me the truck and my reserved storage unit. However, I had to go to another location to pick up the 2 dollys that weren't available with the truck rental. That location was closed on the weekend and the truck wouldn't start again. It would have been better if I was contacted on Friday to do all of this rather than doing it all over the phone on Saturday.

Christopher PI noticed one strap ratchet was slightly damaged as I returned the tow dolly. It had assuredly been that way when I received it but I was concerned it could possibly be pointed out upon return inspection and become my responsibility to repair. I am relieved that didn't but wish it wasn't damaged when I rented it or that it was brought to my attention beforehand so that both parties were aware at that point. It wasn't anything that would have stood out on a cursory inspection, nor did it seem to effect the use of the equipment, However, with continued use without repair, it could cause detrimental failure in the future. All else went quite well.
