The virtual assistant worked fantastically for check in and check out. An actual person came online (on a video screen) in a matter of seconds. It was easier than at a Uhaul store with a live attendant. The only negative is that every agent ALWAYS complains about how slow the Uhaul computer systems are in responding. But this is true at EVERY location.
