Bruce HWe scheduled a mobile pick up for 7am on a Saturday because we needed it early as possible. I follow the steps and try entering the code at the gate and it won’t work, says code is not recognized. I try a few times and nothing, we end up on the phone with support because the business is not open yet. The man on the phone says the code is correct and should work, but it is not. The app also says I picked up the truck which I had not at that point and that was very frustrating. Another man is trying to get through but the code won’t work for him either. He gets out of his car and goes to a side door in the gate and walks to his garage. He leaves it open for us, so we walk all the way to the back where we were supposed to pick up the truck. We get the truck no problem and drive through the exit gate. It is probably 7:45AM at this point. My boyfriend lets me out to go to my car to follow him, at this time another guy is at the entrance gate and the code works now. The only other person there was an older lady in a red jacket who I assumed worked there because as I was walking to my car she yells at me “Ma’am do not follow him through that gate!” I looked around and couldn’t see her because there was a truck in between our cars. I shake my head and get in my car which she yells again “Do not follow him through that gate!” and I’m genuinely just baffled at what is happening at this point. I just got out of a U-Haul truck that is now leaving the parking lot, why would I be following this random guy through the gate. I turn my car on to leave and I can hear her over my car and radio “Do not go through that gate!” I literally had to look around to see where she was because why the hell are we yelling, I’m also not going through the gate hello?? I literally got out of the truck that is now leaving clearly, I’m following him what would be the reason to follow this guy? The mobile check in was disappointing we wasted a lot of time just sitting around, and then to top it off get yelled at by this lady at now 8 in the morning? Not my best experience.

KIMBERLY TABSOLUTE worst experience with U-Haul ever had. Would not recommend this location for any U-Haul products or services. If they had a rating less than poor I would have chosen that option.
WILLIAM WFirst of all, the QR code you're supposed to scan with your phone goes to a website that doesn't work. Second, the stopped working right when I hit the pickup section. I had to text the number for assistance and call a number. The texting did not work at all. The call actually did. They contacted the manager of the property and got the information for me to get the vehicle. The vehicle was also located in the back of building c which you can't get to without a gate code to get in. From time of arrival to time of me, stepping in the truck was 45 minutes. If there was a real person there, this would have been done in 5 to 10 minutes. Your AI system and app does not work.

Jeff OVery helpful staff. Facility would benefit from clearer/more UHaul signage at road OR better info that this is a storage facility that does not have UHaul name. It was easy to miss. But again, staff here was great.

LOU EWhen I arrived, it was an empty building. The lady on the kiosk was nice. However, the code to the gate didn’t work. I needed code to get truck into its parking area. There was another customer trying to drop off their truck with the same issue. It was his second attempt. A third person was trying to get into the gate trying to pick up a truck but also couldn’t get in. The idea of not having personnel on site DOES NOT WORK. You need to take better care of the equipment being rented out and treat the customer the way you would like to be treated.

ALIRIO PYou can take away the franchise for the location at 24051 Production circle, Bonita Springs, fl. place is a dump, no one ever there. Sent text on a Sunday night 12 hrs before pickup saying not available. Happened with them before with friends twice. Make you look bad. Midgard was my savior
KEITH FTo not fault of your own. The U-Haul system being down for hours took us off track. I believe U-Haul should have a backup plan for these circumstances. I overheard someone saying it happens often but not that long.

ERIC AThis is the best pick up location for us. That only because of location but because of the staff. They make things very easy and are always very friendly. They also check the equipment!!! I wish that you would give them a 6x12 open trailer to keep for local moves so that we wouldn't have to go to the downtown Naples location which is very inconvenient and the service does not compare to Midgard!!!
LORIAL DI was given the option to order a dolly during my online rental truck reservation . Hoverever when I picked up the vehicle I was told “oh, we don’t carry dolly”. Quite an inconvenience for a customer like me who had to spend time searching for a dolly. . I would consider this action a good example of an inconsiderate company.
BULENT ERenting the truck from your app was a very frustrating experience. We spent 45 mins at the facility turning to upload the photos of my driver license on the app. Every photo was blurry and the app would time out. We called customer service and the representative was patient, she could not help us get into the rental truck. She stayed on the phone with me and listened as I struggled with your app. The only way we were able to move forward is my friend put the app on her phone and we were a me to finish the pick up on her phone. Her phone is just one model newer than mine. I think you either need to let your customers know they need a certain model iPhone when making a mobile pickup. I honestly felt I was in an escape room trying to to pick up the rental truck. I’m only giving the excellent feedback above because the local location has nothing to do with a frustrating app put in place by corporate.

Julie AThe woman who was there in person was amazing. She was super helpful, and happy to make my rental easier. I did not like the virtual manager, nor do I like having to use my phone for all the rental information. The truck was not clean at all, the cab was filthy, and the back was not swept out from the previous use, who may have been moving dirt. Spend more money on having people working for you, not technology.

SVEN FThe particular truck I rented had a very bad mechanical habit. When braking at anytime, the alignment would pull hard to the left. Might be time for some maintenance and I just wanted you all to know. I had to use the truck for a lot of miles and it happened every time.

TIMOTHY MAbsolutely horrible experience with this location. There's not any actual humans inside, it's a virtual guy on the wall. They also don't accept cash! Then I got a call from a rude(woman) employee saying that my truck was paid for but I wasn't there so it had to be canceled?!? I don't know what kind of policy that is but I know for sure it's losing money for your company. The air brakes on the 26 ft truck that we rented was absolute garbage and the truck shimmied horribly. You get what you pay for this location was cheaper than others and I will never go back!

ALLEN PIf there is a combination lock on the back door, associates should be sure to let the customer know the combination before handing over the keys.

ROBERT MI requested 2 dollies, was not given a heads up that they had not available. found out when I went to pick up the equipment. I also only used one dozen of the 2 dozen blankets I requested and there was no option to request a refund in store.
