Drop off couldn't have been easier. Handed the keys to the attendant and was on my way for the rest of the trip. Received an confirm email/receipt within 30 mins. The whole experience was great.

Great service.
Troy COnly issue I had was with reservations. My requested pickup was moved the night before to a location 30 miles and one county away from where I live. Was inconvenient and added over two hours time to pickup.

One of the safety chains popped off on the first leg of our trip, and had to be secured with zip ties, or the “S” hook would not stay on. When it initially popped off, dragging the chain must have removed the rubble gasket that kept the S hook engaged.

KEVIN MAs soon as I picked up the truck the engine service lights came on and I feel like they purposely gave me the truck to get it out of their stock. Then I had to deal with U-Haul road side service to switch trucks which took another several hours, driving around 40 miles to the new location.

GERALD TThe truck was low mileage but had been used hard. It appeared to have an exhaust leak which made the ride unusually noisy. This truck should be used as a local unit not for long distance. We were on a very tight schedule so I didn't have time to wait for another truck...in retrospect..I should have. Made the trip miserable
Robert CI have used this location many times and it’s been good. This time when I arrived for my 8:49 pick up my truck was there but I could not access it. I was told when I called that the truck had not been checked in and I would have to wait until the store opened at 9 when the employee got there and could check it in. I had movers waiting who were in the clock. This cost me $$$!!! Why allow me to book a truck at 8:30 that I can’t get? I deserve compensation for my lost time with the movers.
Carolyn RPay the expense to have a live person at the location, and do away with the virtual experience. There was information not made transparent during the reservation and pickup process which made the experience very frustrating
RACHEL CA/c didn't work on the truck and I had to pick it up 17 miles away from the location I had originally reservation for and I was not given those extra miles or the time it took to drive across town to go return the vehicle, I was told I would be charged a whole extra day off I was even part 1 minute from the pick up time and was also charged for 12 miles over even though the new location was 17 miles further away from my original pick up location... I was not not even given the 4 wheeled dolly I had originally reserved either.. complete shameless 24hr confirmation email of location change and when I called customer service to see why it had changed I was told someone had called me to confirm the changes but I had never received such call. You should contact your own rep 24hr prior and have them bring the truck from the new location to the original pick up location I had promptly reserved a week prior so that it could be at the location I was expecting to begin with and not have all this petty business antics ruin my desire to ever do business with uhaul or let alone anyone I know fall into the trap that seems to be your business tactics

ALBERT KWe had a family emergency and I needed an additional two hours to get us unpacked and back down to Midgard everybody including the Midgard employee and the U-Haul representative told me that it was automatically going to be added to my bill for an entire two days over two hours I was absolutely aghast that compassion, common decency, and common sense were somehow overlooked because the computer was gonna do it anyway how far have we fallen how lazy we become that the computers are now making the decisions for us and we have no control over them in the end either my complaints to both UHaul and to McGard ended in me not being charged for it. But as far as using you again, never.

RICHARD JTruck was clean and ran well. The service rep was very professional. BUT I reserved an appliance dolly with the truck. I was told they didn’t have any. Then this arrogant woman who appeared to the manager said they are on a first come first serve basis not guaranteed. I was irritated as my U-Haul movers requested it or they would charge me more $250! Which they did I was flustered moving is a pain and she said I don’t need to be rude. I looked at her as I was dealing with a nice rep and told her to just go away I would work it out with U-Haul her response well we aren’t U-Haul so go ahead?!? The rep said he would give me a regular dolly for my inconvenience she chimed in oh no you charge him for it I declined the dolly No I would not recommend this place to any one

DAVID SThe location is good and mobile pickup was done correctly as opposed to the U-Haul on Davis, but the woman employee is rude and angry and judgmental and argumentative and doesn’t listen and charges everything she can upon return even if not applicable. I have heard this from two other local people who were customers as well after my horrible experience with her.
