JORGE FI only drove the truck 16 miles and was charged for $13.50 for 3 gallons of gas. I would say I am being ripped off by Uhaul. Since when do the little 10 ft moving truck get 5 miles to the gallon? Contract 86211697. One ripped off customer
Robert HI had 2 surprises when I received my receipt by email after returning the truck. First, the gas gage when I picked up the truck was on one half tank. I filled the tank to a little above the half mark and they still charged me $18.00 for 4 gallons of gas. Second, I booked the truck to return at 8:00pm, I returned it at 7:30pm. I was charged $20.00 for after hours return. This fee and after hours return was never mentioned. They did tell me where to park the truck and where the key drop box was, but never anything about and after hours fee.

Lorial DThe location is the only thing I would recommend with this experience. Self check in was horrible. Delayed me an hour and three people on the phone could not help me through this. LUCKILY there was this kind lady who checked me in. I thank her and only her. I promised you a coffee and when we move here in September you will get it. Again thanks to her I would recommend the allocation.

DONNA HOn our recent move I rented trucks {2} times and it could not possibly be any easier of a transaction then what took place at Midgard Naples 2. Very pleasant people especially the lady, I wish I knew her name, Very easy in and out and if in the future I need services of this nature there is no doubt where I will go. And I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rental vehicles.

Buren GDid not supply me with the hand truck needed to do the move had to purchase one at home depot. Have used uhaul for all my moving experiences and always had a great experience. The last two times shows where the business is going.
Jay OCheck in the vehicle is a long process that I feel as a customer I shouldn’t be doing it’s called employee somebody that works. There should be doing it. I pay you for the rental of the vehicle. You need to pay an employee to check the vehicle in not me sitting there for 40 minutes, checking the vehicle in with all the questions to answer when it came time for check-in to having to take pictures

MYRON SRented a 26 ft truck in order to move our garage "stuff" to a local storage facility. Everything about our rental experience was perfect. The U-Haul agent was very friendly and helpful.

Troy COnly issue I had was with reservations. My requested pickup was moved the night before to a location 30 miles and one county away from where I live. Was inconvenient and added over two hours time to pickup.
Chauncey GThe customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. One of the safety chains popped off on the first leg of our trip, and had to be secured with zip ties, or the “S” hook would not stay on. When it initially popped off, dragging the chain must have removed the rubble gasket that kept the S hook engaged.

KEVIN MAs soon as I picked up the truck the engine service lights came on and I feel like they purposely gave me the truck to get it out of their stock. Then I had to deal with U-Haul road side service to switch trucks which took another several hours, driving around 40 miles to the new location.
