The van I rented was filthy! Nothing had been done to prepare this van for a new rental. The windshield was extremely dirty, the drink area was dirty and sticky probably from a spilled soda that hadn't been cleaned. The cab smelled like cats or other animals had spent a lot of time in this area. Pet hair was easy to see. Neither the steering wheel or the dash had been cleaned. The cargo area had concrete powder in it. In this time of safety regarding Covid-19, I would think your company would be extra careful, and provide a clean van for your customers!

When the movers arrived the truck was there couldn't find the keys for over 2 hour hours. A locksmith had to come out to make a new key. This put my Movers 2 and 1/2 half hours behind. This call us to need a second day, because the movers could not work in the dark. And I was charged for the second day. This was the worst experience I ever had moving. Do not use Uhaul at this location.

one of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. staff not wearing a mask was a nightmare, Vehicle given to me was not clean and sanitized. I could smell mold in it, when I came back to return the vehicle I was said rudely by the female agent who is in her 60s that I am busy right now and I will mail your receipt, for which I said I will wait you can give me once you are done, she rudely mentioned I am doing something for my manager and it will take 25 minutes. I said you just need to check the vehicle and check the gas which will only take you couple of minutes but she was shouting and swearing mentioning I have some impatient people out here. it did not end there and she literally made up the truck was dirty and had to clean it or else she will charge me for cleanliness. not wearing a mask is equivalent spreading disease ….. is this how ehaul functions risking its customers life. if I get covid I am holding ehaul accountable ….. pls also check the camera for more evidence.

THE GOOD.I was very happy with the whole process of renting the trailer and they even hooked it up and unhooked it on my car for me the whole process was quick and painless. THE BAD. In this time of Covid 19 I feel there should have been a sign on the door to wear a mask before entering and the employees should be wearing masks but they weren't and there were five other customers in the lobby that weren't either but probably would have if there was a sign telling them to. There were stickers on the floor for six feet social distancing but that is all I saw for our protection. I feel they should do better in protecting us from the virus right now so saying that I wasn't very comfortable in the lobby being the only one wearing a mask.

They over charged me for 3 days . . I rented and returned same day per my reservation. I called the location and was told to call uhaul. Then had to call 2 different numbers to get someone to file a customer action report and now I have to wait 72 hours for the original person to credit my account. Serious scam happening at this location... will avoid it at all costs in the future.

They lost our reservation . It took us at least 45 minutes to to get signed up -due primarily to the clerk taking calls while we waited. The truck was dirty. Inside-The windshield was so bad that you could hardly see after dark

Jessica was wonderful !! We went to rent on Friday - there was a long line and she kept things moving and customer service was great - we were unable to take trailer due to truck brake light issues. We fixed truck and made sure to rent from same location the next day!! And everything went smooth!! Thank you Jessica for a Great Experience!! We will come back and I will refer others to your location I work for St Matthew's House Thrift - so your location having the supplies is another bonus that I will be referring your location. It was also clean and attractive!! Great Job!!!!!

Terrible location. Insufficient number of parking stalls for after hour returns and yet had strong warnings about parking near gates, etc. I called UHAUL who said leave the vehicle and do my best with parking. However, saw a warning at the key box that they would charge $50 if blocking any gate. I do not believe I blocked a gate but left with uncertainly on whether this dealer would charge me.

Paid $10 more than expected. No details for unexpected charges on final receipt. License plate of trailer shown on paperwork did not match the license plate of the trailer we had. No ramp on trailer.

This was by far the most disgusting rental I have ever received. The truck was obviously not cleaned between customers. The steering wheel had a sticky substance on it, there was some sort of sticky substance all over the cup holders, and the truck smelled disgusting. I picked up the van with the self service app after hours, and the utility dolly and furniture dollies I requested were not in the van. I had to make other equipment arrangements to help with my move. However I was still charged for the equipment rental even though I never received it. With this whole COVID mess I was terrified being in this van knowing it had not been cleaned and sanitized AT ALL it seemed like in ages.
