Mariano SUhaul has become incrediblu expensive. It shoud should not cost someone $300 !to rent a 16 ft truck amd drive it less than then 100 miles. Will never use u all again unless I have to!! I mean greay service but I just needed a truck for a few hours to move some stuff and it $300?? Horrible

Patrick SClean, not inviting. Greet the customer Give them instructions besides “follow me” “you’ll receive a text message with the receipt in a few minutes.” This is the entire extent of the conversation I had with the return site employee. The remaining time was spent finding a gate that would open to let me out of the storage facility. I also waited a couple hours for the receipt of equipment, which made me uneasy especially combined with the lack of basic interaction one would expect from U-Haul. Where was the gate to exit? Instructions?
Tom MOnly problem that wasn’t good happened at the time of the order by telephone I was asked if I needed 20 of the blankets for the move. I was told they would be received by Tuesday never record. When drove UHaul ti buy them they were out. Not good do something about it!

Stash PTruck had eighth of a tank of gas, each truck should be ready to go at all times. Uhaul app is not a good tool. After many calls to customer service caused us to be very late.

Scott BIt was an utter disaster. The only available way to rent the truck I wanted was contactless from this location. I thought upon arrival I would receive the code to the lockbox with the keys. I was not told that I would need the app on my phone. So I had to download the app, create an account and the app had technical issues and would not properly work. 30 minutes past and I decided to call their customer service. I was on hold for ridiculous 25 minutes before speaking to a person. Then the rep was not able to locate the truck, although it was right in front of me with the correct rental number. After being transferred to a supervisor and another 20 minutes - all time for which I paid four helpers waiting in my car - I was told that I could not get this truck. Again, it was sitting right in front of me. I was routed to another location to pick up another truck. In the meantime it was noon and it started raining. What a waste of time! Let alone the money I spent on labor for people who could not do anything but wait. I received a $50 credit from UHaul, that does not cover remotely my loss

JONATHON WI put gas in the truck that had 157K miles on it. That should be enough. Charging an additional $1.39 per mile ($47) is too much.

Daniel CDid not like AI person when you walk into building to drop off the trailer. Had to wait for a real person come to help me. I rented a 6 x 12 trailer and AI person wanted me to take the trailer out back and drop it. I said the trailer tongue weights 160 lbs. and I needed assistance to remove the trailer from my vehicle. AI person told me to wait for a real person. Almost 10 minutes later a lady came into the building and said to drive around back to drop the trailer and she would meet me out back. Once out back I noticed a UHaul service guy by his truck and asked if he could help remove the trailer and he said yes. The lady asked me to back the trailer into a tight parking space which I did back it into the spot. This location does not have enough space for all the UHaul trailers and vehicles they have in their inventory. Also no parking in the entrance of the facility especially a vehicle with a trailer. Do not like this location.
