John LTruck was not very clean. Many of the boxes that sat on the floor or touched the walls of the truck had dirt or black marks on them when removed. Ramp was full of dirt.

William WThe staff was very accommodating and helped me disconnect my Auto carrier from my motorhome because I had just recently had knee replacement surgery.. they are always extremely friendly and courteous whenever I visit this location in Bluffton.
ROBERT LOlder truck. Service light was on when rented. No issues with its performance, but it should be addressed before future use.
CRAIG WAll was in good order for this pick up. We were going to use the 24/7 app…..which does need some significant improvement. The office team was great to jump in and help us get out the door quickly. Return was a breeze.

RICHARD RStaff at location were friendly & efficient. Vehicle did the job as expected. Only issue was the passenger side windscreen wiper was missing - rather surprising when a thunderstorm hit, but not a major issue.

GEORGE M*Corporate-Monster Storage was originally where scheduled to drop off trailer. They do NOT take back trailers only trucks. At checkout it switched our reservation without notice to a place in Savannah NOT the closest place that would accept trailers. Arrived at Monster and both myself and the employee were frustrated-apparently this happens quite frequently that they have a large sign and the employee became irritated. He told me to take it over an hour away and then finally said there was a place only two miles away called MidGard. You all need to ensure trailer reservations don’t return to Monster!! Monster also close For an hour for lunch and this day they closed earlier than that so I was just lucky while I was trying to reach corporate someone drove up.

Takesha HDon’t quite understand why there’s not some type of stand to put the trailer on when you disconnected from the truck how was the person supposed to do that by themselves on your 6 x 12 trailers makes no sense

GEORGE BI had requested a hand truck to use in the move, and was told it would be included. When I picked up the vehicle, I was informed that all the hand trucks had been given to other customers. It is a far more difficult thing when one has to carry every item from its location out to the vehicle - changes the entire nature of the move. The clerk explained that u-haul corporate is focused in the vehicles and does not concern itself with the ancillaries. I that is the case, stop advertising as a moving facilitator and just be a vehicle rental place.

RUSSELL SNo improvement needed as long as you keep Kelly & Richard at Monster self storage because that why we rent trucks from them. They are the best representatives for uhual period.

Martin WStaff is always great, rates are great, and they are always accomodating. Only concern is that they are so busy that I often get a vehicle that is dirty inside and really low on gas. That is what happened on this occurence....no complaints, just construutive feedback to have someone take 10 mninutes to blow/sweep out the back cabin and broom the front cabin upon return or release.
Donald DNeed a better system to have blankets available. They had none and I had to scramble to buy blankets. Not good
