When I book the trailer, it had me dropping it off in Chantilly and then when I arrived in Virginia and was ready to return it, it changed the location to Herndon. Herndon was actually better for me, so no complaint there, but it is odd that they swap locations in the middle of the move. It could just easily been a harder place for me to get to.
