Make the location more visible, looks like a self storage place until you walk in to ask! Virtual assistant had a lot of trouble figuring out my reservation.
David HPicking up the truck was a little cumbersome. When I took a picture of my license several times, they kept saying that it couldn’t read it. However, the photos were very clear. Eventually, it finally took it, but that was after about 20 minutes. Also, it would be nice that the morning of the pick up, you receive an email with the code to the box without having to go through the app to find that information. Also, the location of the truck was kind of weird it was not upfront near the office. It was all the way in the fire back corner of the storage facility. Fortunately, I had been there one other time and eventually drove around the storage facility and found the truck. I would think that they would bring the truck out front near the office in the morning or the day before so people don’t have to wander through the storage facility.
DANIEL GStaff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location because of their attention to detail and helpfulness. Thank you for the great experience.
