Scheduled for a specific pickup and drop off location, and when it came time to pick up the truck with the app the location was changed without any notice and did not have any prep for the new location to leave my car. Dropping off the vehicle going through the process to check it back in and it’s saying I have to pay double the amount I was originally quoted and charged even though I did not add any extra mile or damage. And at the end of the check in process the app takes forever to upload the pictures, and I did not have bad service. Will not be using U-Haul service ever again and will not recommend to anyone.

Stephen BAt the drop off point in Pittsburgh, there was a lady named Hope. She was super nice! Very good customer service! Also, Nikki was really awesome too! Then the next day I had to go back and I worked with a girl named Kia. All three of them were amazing!
