How U-Haul Reviews WorkPerhaps have more than one person on site? The virtual assistant seemed kind of strange at first but I see the value in having it at a smaller location like this
Eric HThe trucks really need an upgrade. The truck we rented the seat was broke sat way to low im 5’10” and I had a hard time seeing out the van smelled inside the cab. But the employees and virtual folks were awesome.
Domenic DThe kid there said the fuel was at 1/2 tank when I picked up the truck. it wasn’t even close. We only drove 29 miles and I put $15 in gas in the tank and when we got our receipt emailed to us he snuck a $20 fuel charge on the bill. I will NEVER rent another U-Haul truck ever again!!!!
Steve LGreat service very accommodating.
