Trailer tires were overfilled to get this trailer back to it's license plate destination of Florida. Don't know if it was at pickup or another location and transferred. Dangerous drive. Tires overheated stop frequently. Worst rental I have ever had.

The Straps on the auto transport were not functional and the entire mechanism was rusted. We lost a day of travel because we had to return it back to Uhaul to get another one, which wasn't much better but at least usable. We are very disappointed with the lack of maintenance of the equipment. The people we dealt with at the locations were kind but didn't know some basic policies or information. I won't use Uhaul again unless they step it up and truly maintain their equipment.

The office was closed for 30 minutes during normal hours and we had to wait most of that time befote we could get the truck.

We picked up the truck right before they closed on Sunday so we could have it early Monday morning to do our job. They don't have uber in the area is why we planned ahead. We returned the truck about a hour late and were charged for 2 days. We do this all over the country and was really shocked over this.

Revised invoice sent to me on 9/19 for a rental returned on 9/13 charging me 4 extra days rental. Contacted Midgard and they refuse to correct it even though they admit their mistake. They are throwing the problem back on me saying I have to go to U-Haul directly to correct it. They made the mistake.

We returned the equipment on Thursday 9/10. The personnel was on her 3rd day on the job and didn't quite know what to do. I received an invoice for an extra $40 on 9/15 as the equipment wasn't actually checked in by the location until 9/15. I called to dispute the charge. After a 36 minute hold time I was told the location is closed and someone will be contacting me. This is poor service and I am expecting for the error to be corrected

When I walked in the door, the clerk was typing on the computer and never looked at me or acknowledged that I was there. When she was finished she finally said, can I help you. A simple hello, I'll be right with you would have been more courteous.

The front end needs an alignment badly. I had to fight the whole trip to keep the truck from pulling to the right. Made it a bit hard to drive.

Pick up and drop off great. Only areas of improvement is the communication from U-Haul in between.I kept getting text and emails to pre-pick up and when I tried it would not work. So I called and the representative told e you can not pre-pick up trailers ny trucks - confusing. Also drop off location suggested was far away so had to call and specify a closer location. Drop off location did not give me any proof of returm, but all worked out ok.
