This is my 2nd truck rental in the past two months. This rental was scheduled for 4-13 Monday for a 7:30am pick up. For some reason my truck was not posted for a 24 hr pick up so I had to wait for the agent to get there at 9:00am to get my key. I had movers waiting on me and cost me $125 an hour because of uhauls mistake.

Get wi fi at your Cashiers store. It’s impossible to check in or drop off and report without reps there and no wi fi. Thankful the mid guard virtual assistant was available so I could get my truck

THOMAS BI dropped off after hours and the instructions on the app were perfect.
JOSE APick up was flawless. Abby was a great customer representative. The only problem is phone reception. It would be nice if wifi was available since much of the process relies on the use of a phone.
