RYAN F.Geremy was great at this location. He really helped me out. When I first arrived I was surprised because they had transferred my pickup location to a place 45 minutes away. When he checked into it they said they had texted me but alas, I did not receive. Up in the mountain areas sometimes the internet connections and phone service sometimes make it to where you don't get your notifications. I would strongly suggest that you call to make sure that they haven't transferred you to another location. In the end, Geremy made some great recommendations and I was able to rent a piece of equipment that worked for me from this location. He is an asset to U-Haul and he turned a bad situation into a good one. I even saved money in the deal. Thanks Geremy!!!

NANDITH N.You can contact customers more timely when there has been an equipment change or are switching up where you are supposed to pick it up. I would rate UHaul overall 2 because of how much stress and frustration the changes caused. Also your refusal to reduce rates when you cause customers inconvenience is not acceptable. The facility itself is great & staff extremely helpful.

DAVID B.I was asked to sign the agreement before inspecting the vehicle. I found less gas van was reported on the form. The attendee said he could not change the form because the truck had already been “dispatchedâ€. The result was I was charged for gas at the drop off location.

DICK D.Make sure a truck is at the location specified so I don't have to drive 45 minutes one way to not get my truck. Then have to drive an hour further to get a truck discounted only $50. I spent close to 50 dollars in gas with my personal vehicle just to get a uhaul. I also had to move my stuff in the rain due to the delay by uhaul

Jeffrey F.The website let me reserve my truck for 9am using the 24/7 mobile check in option, but when I went to pick it up it told me that wasn't available for this location and that I had to wait until 12pm when they opened to pick up the truck. There was absolutely no indication that my 9am reservation was an issue and it completely ruined all of our subsequent plans for the day with movers. Since we were moving 4+ hrs away, we ended up not getting done moving until close to midnight due to the initial 3 he delay. And of course no one ever answered the customer service phone in those 3 hours that we had to wait to pick up our truck.
