Issues with both picking up truck reserved (15’) and returning it. Without a person to deal with and to resolve issues it created problems. The actual use of the truck for my purposes worked out well, just not a good experience dealing with multiple virtual people. Good example was the truck i actually used was not properly reflected until will after i returned and the charges per day for the replacement truck given to used, a 20’ truck substitute was supposed to be at same. 15’ foot rate / day (29.95 vs 39.95) was not properly reflected on final bill of $200+ vs.$190 correct total billing.

I was not given the price of the truck as told me by the lady at the counter. When I called about the discrepancy, she said I would have to deal with corporate. This is no way to treat a customer.

-The online pickup process worked well though the Cashiers location needs to improve the internet access as it was very slow.
-Van was clean except for sticky coffee stains in the cupholders.
-10ft van ordered was not available so I had to take a 15 ft van. At the end I was charged a gas rate for a 15ft van but really this should have been for a 10ft van as ordered. Please can I receive a credit for the difference which I will use on my next U-Haul rental.
Overall, I like this service and will use it again and again!

Rental process requires uploading pictures and info via cellphone. There’s very little cell service and you have to walk the property to find it! Extremely difficult at best.

Vehicle drove fine and I enjoyed it. However, the steering wheel and other parts of the interior were dirty as heck. I used 5 clorox wipes on the steering wheel alone.

Not normally what is expected information wise from a rental but awareness of a local debris dump would have been helpful although my internet information was very unhelpful resulting in a useless 30 mile mountainous road trip when a commercial dump was 8 miles away so awareness of a site and what is accepted (and when and from who) would be useful (as well as the latest hot stock).
