Extremely poor check-in process. The u-haul app was useless for turning in the truck, a 15’ that we picked up at 8:30AM and returned the keys to the keybox at 11:30AM. Agreed charge was $29.95 per day plus $1.07 per mile. We drove it 4.8 miles. The gas gauge was below 1/4 tank at 8:30AM and 11:30AM. I was charged a $30 fuel charge for 4.8 miles for a total charge exceeding $93! This is fraudulent contracting and should be investigated!
