I highly recommend Midguard Storage for you moving and storage needs. However, I have a huge problem with lack of communication with Uhaul truck rentals. I had arranged for a 15 foot truck a week in advance and received the cost of the rental. The afternoon before I was to pick up the rental I was informed that the Uhaul was not available and I had to seek out another location which was frustrating because I had hired movers to meet me at my loading location. The morning of picking up my rental, I was informed of the $.99 per mile rental charge. I ended up paying over $200 more than what I was originally quoted. Not happy at all with Uhaul!Greg S.

Well, I reserved an appliance dolly earlier in the week but when I went to pick it up along with the trailer Saturday, this location didn't have one. It became a HUGE mess as we were moving a 600-pound safe and absolutely needed to have this dolly ... long story short, we thought we would be on our way to pick up the safe by 10 a.m. but it ended up being 1 p.m., which had a ripple effect in that the place we were picking up the safe from had to charge us for the late pickup, etc. Guys, I'm going to need reimbursed for this entire transaction to ever use U-Haul again. This was a huge mess. If you didn't have a dolly ready for us to use on Saturday, the website shouldn't have said that earlier in the week. We could have gotten a dolly someplace else but counted on having it ready to go when we picked up the trailer.ROBERT S.

I will not use Uhaul ever again. I have a contract that I received after we turned the truck in, and I have had an additional charge that is NOT on my contract. I have received no invoices and no proof as to where that charge came from. I will NEVER use Uhaul again, and I will NOT recommend anyone use them.Susan C.

When I had a problem returning equipment staff at this location told me they couldn't help and I was on my own resolving the issue with U-Haul. They ultimately helped with a work around when the issue couldn't be resolved.George K.

The attendant sat in the office and did NOTHING to help me hook up and leave. The trailer had damage to the wheel fenders when I picked it up. The attendant would not come out and take note of the damage. I had an appliance dolly rented, but I had to drive to another U-haul location to pick that up, and the one that I got was CRAP! The wheels hardly turned at all, and it made the whole moving experience a nightmare! NO ONE took any action to help or make it right with me. I should be reimbursed for 50% if the total charges of this rental.Steven G.

I'm satisfied with Midgard, their customer service solved my issue but I'm very disappointing with U-haul. I had schedule to pick up in a location close from home, somebody from U-haul called me and confirmed to pick up on that location and then they changed the location without call me. Once I got at Midgard they didn't have the truck that I neededFrancis H.
The app wasn't easy to use. Being new to the 24/7 process, the location didn't seem educated on that process but seem to assume I knew how the process worked. When I had trouble with getting there on time to pick up, there was no one available to help in a good amount of time. We wasted an hour trying to get the truck.Dewey H.

Fix the driver side blind and correct the clock. The employees at Midgard self storage in Greenwood SC were very helpful and accommodating in our rental of the U-Haul for moving furniture. I was definitely use this facility again in the future.Anne B.

I was completely satisfied with the help I received from both Kelly and Brandon I think was his name sort I forgot but they were both so helpful and answered all my questions and assured me everything was taken care of. Kelly was super fast in getting paperwork signed and us on our way when picking up the truck which I truly appreciated. After dropping the truck off I had my receipt with proper adjustments made in my email into time. I definitely would recommend MidGuard to all of my family and friends.Darlene B.

Only problem I have is the tires needs to be checked for dry rotting. I was stuck on the road for approximately 4hrs, because the right rear tire burned out. U-Haul will not return my call for the dispute.Patricia H.
