The attendant sat in the office and did NOTHING to help me hook up and leave. The trailer had damage to the wheel fenders when I picked it up. The attendant would not come out and take note of the damage. I had an appliance dolly rented, but I had to drive to another U-haul location to pick that up, and the one that I got was CRAP! The wheels hardly turned at all, and it made the whole moving experience a nightmare! NO ONE took any action to help or make it right with me. I should be reimbursed for 50% if the total charges of this rental.

I'm satisfied with Midgard, their customer service solved my issue but I'm very disappointing with U-haul. I had schedule to pick up in a location close from home, somebody from U-haul called me and confirmed to pick up on that location and then they changed the location without call me. Once I got at Midgard they didn't have the truck that I needed

The app wasn't easy to use. Being new to the 24/7 process, the location didn't seem educated on that process but seem to assume I knew how the process worked. When I had trouble with getting there on time to pick up, there was no one available to help in a good amount of time. We wasted an hour trying to get the truck.

be sure the gas level is correct. My contract said that there was 5/8s of a tank and there was less than an half tank.

Fix the driver side blind and correct the clock. The employees at Midgard self storage in Greenwood SC were very helpful and accommodating in our rental of the U-Haul for moving furniture. I was definitely use this facility again in the future.

I was completely satisfied with the help I received from both Kelly and Brandon I think was his name sort I forgot but they were both so helpful and answered all my questions and assured me everything was taken care of. Kelly was super fast in getting paperwork signed and us on our way when picking up the truck which I truly appreciated. After dropping the truck off I had my receipt with proper adjustments made in my email into time. I definitely would recommend MidGuard to all of my family and friends.

A text, email or phone call to notify me of the pick up location in advance would have been helpful. I showed up at my requested pick up location only to find out I had to go elsewhere.

Only problem I have is the tires needs to be checked for dry rotting. I was stuck on the road for approximately 4hrs, because the right rear tire burned out. U-Haul will not return my call for the dispute.

Truck was not road safe.

I had a flat tire on the trailer I rented. I can not say if it was flat when I picked it up but after I loaded it I found out it was flat. Luckily it was a dual axle trailer. Problem is the repair portion of U-Haul needs to be better informed. There was going to be a hour wait for someone the fix the tire issue. I was 4 miles from the nearest U-Haul dealer. Instead of offering me the option of going there to get tire replaced they wanted me to wait an hour. I looked up the nearest dealer and drive there to get the issue resolved. Customer service is more people in front of a computer instead of actually thinking outside the box to keep customers happy. Need to more options available for roadside assistance

Address in google takes you to a field 10 miles away. Address in U-Haul database doesn't. Clerk was aware of issue and going to work in it.

I reserved a truck to pickup with the 24/7 moblie app pickup. When I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup time as advised in the confirmation email, the app said there was no equipment assigned to my reservation. Upon entering the office and while waiting on the computer to get loaded up, the app loaded and was letting me go through the pickup process which started at my scheduled pickup time. Once I got to the step to locate the truck I was assigned I found out the truck was parked in the back of the storage building lot and also the key was inside the office. How was I supposed to pickup a truck using a mobile pickup when I would not have had access to the truck or the key for the truck? Everything went smoothly after I was able to finally leave the location with the truck I rented.
