Ask if any equipment like hand trucks are needed before completing a sale to customer. Something I forgot to ask about before leaving the location.

Troy HTruck was filthy from previous drivers and the drop off location made me clean it up or I was gonna get charged a fee and I explained that the truck came dirty as ever but he didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all!

Kimberly PThe virtual attendant was very cool, never seen that before... he was also very helpful. Instructions for drop off after hours were easy to follow. The only thing I would say is that our GPS told us you were located two driveways early & then with no Uhaul equipment on site, we weren't sure we were in the right place.
