Very haphazard process. Apparently when I arrived, the truck was not ready and was not supposed to be rented out. It took an extra hour to sort out the issue with my rental and to hand me the keys. Also, I was transferred twice and almost a third time on the phone. The attendant said for me to call customer services because she couldn’t do anything. I was seeing if there was any compensation/reduction of my rental fee because of how chaotic and frustrating the whole pickup process was. No one helped me because “you got the truck, didn’t you?” was the response everyone I encountered (over the phone or in person) could give me. So yes, I got the truck in the end, but I will never recommend this location to anyone.

Michael Pthere is no parking to return the vehicle. I had to ask the clerk at the gas station next door who was able to call around and get the gate code.
THOMAS Cthere is no public place to park the vehicles for drop of and inspection. I had to ask the clerk at the store next door and they called around and go the code.
Thomas CI had set my reservation for this address, however it was switched by u-haul due to not having equipment. The place that it was re-assigned to was closed when the reassignment was done, so there was no one there or equipment available when i went to pick up. Luckily the lady over the phone was nice and reassigned me back to this location. The only issue is, all the u-hauls are behind a gate, and we did not receive any gate code or automatic gate opener. If it was not for a storage customer coming through, i would not have been able to pick up the equipment.
Joe CI was charged for additional miles and that's not what was discussed when I picked up the truck. The only charge was $20 if it was late. I even put the gas back where it was when I picked up truck. I didn't even receive a call to discuss charges or anything.
Marquese GVerifying the mileage I put in a mileage in the Mobil app it said it can't put no lower then you start . So I had to make up a mileage to go to the next step .

Thomas IThe directions on getting my vehicle were not clear. I had to request assistance multiple times, the exact location of my truck was not given to me. I had to drive all over the property to find my truck. The app was not working properly and the return of my vehicle was a nightmare. The entrance was blocked by another truck. I could barely get my car out. And the app would not work completely to do the return.

Reid MThe experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I reserved my equipment in time, days before my pickup and when I arrived to my location it was closed. Tried to call and figure out what happen and was transferred so many times and hung up on by a customer service rep w a nasty attitude. Call so many numbers to find an available U-Haul on my own since no customer service rep could advise me without transferring around. The people who was here to help me move ended up leaving because my pick up time was 12:30 Sunday and I didn’t get a truck till 2:30 ish Sunday. This was a terrible day and the experience was horrible. There was only one young lady that help me at the very end walk me through the mobile app to get the truck code to get the truck and be able to drive away with a U-Haul . I will never speak highly of renting a U-Haul. I will go to else where or just pay movers to experience this away.

Leslie DThis was my first experience renting a truck. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive. I was a little nervous with the drop off because my phone couldn't find my location but the app told me to drop it off anyway. Later I saw emails I missed about pictures but I was frantic because it was dark and raining. A friend told me to video and take pictures which I did in case of issues but there were no additional charges to my receipt so I guess they were happy. I did sweep the cab. We only picked up one piece of furniture so we didn't make a mess of the back. Good experience and I will rent again because it is cheaper than owning my own truck.

Jason VPut jacks on the trailer. No way to disconnect the trailer from the hitch for the box trailer. I wanted to disconnect and fill it up then reconnect and pull it. Impossible but you have them on the Open trailers?

Jasmine Nthe location was good because of the one employee there. But uhaul you have screwed me over. I had a reservation. Truck isn’t available. So I go to Midgard. While on my way there you tell me there isn’t anything available I have to go to metter BUT TOU CHARGE BY THE MILE so it doesn’t make sense. I was so mad but needed the uhaul. The girl at Midgard made it work for me despite it seeming like there was no answer. So I don’t recommend uhaul. But I recommend this lady and her great customer service
kensley bGate was open. No one around. Uhaul app would not open at this site. Dropped tow dolly off without being able to confirm that I had done so.

Travis BMy experience was not satisfactory because I was misled to believe the trailer would fit my 60” zero turn. It was picked up at 2:45 pm Saturday and made it to my location at 4:30 for loading. Upon arrival the mower did not fit and it was too late to return because the u-haul would be closed by 5. Anyhow I had to keep until today because they were closed on Sunday as well. I will not use U-Haul in the future because the gentleman did not consider my situation and I will not rent again. Thanks.
LONNIE STruck in poor condition, driver door was very difficult to close, driver mirror wasn’t able to be adjusted, lots of body damage on the truck. I think it’s time for this truck to be taken off the road and replaced.

Kimberly RThe truck I rented had graffiti painted all over it. The brakes worked but barely. The appliance dolly I rented was in horrible shape. It had bent nails holding the wheels on and the rubber protectors on the rails were loose (causes scratches to furniture). The employee (Eric) was unhelpful in multiple ways. I asked for a better Appliance dolly and he refused. I walked with hin as he inspected the truck initially and he was rude while I was watching. And twhen I asked for clarification of he rental agreement link he sent to me via text, he said "It is the conditions of the rental agreement" with no further explanation other than if I did not do anything it would be an indication of acceptance. I drove a total of 4 miles and while I was at the site, I moved from one house to the house next door (about 500 feet). I needed the truck so my moving crew could move the heavy furniture more easily between houses. When I returned to the rental office I put a gallon of gas in the truck thinking that this would cover the 4 miles I drove. Eric said that I would be charged $18.52 to fill up the tank an additional 1/8th of a tank. He said that since I agreed to the terms of the agreement I would be billed. Since I drove 4 total miles AND I added gas to the truck, how could I possibly. be charged for this? Eric seems unhappy in this job, and he damn sure made me unhappy. My hope is that he reads this review and does something about it, like find a different line of work. Perhaps one that does not involve customer interaction.

JAMES LBoth the truck and the car hauler were in poor condition. I blew a tire on the highway and had to wait for roadside assistance. I was told i could get food while we waited for the mechanic and would be reimbursed for it but never got a call back from the customer service who was supposed to give instructions for that. The mechanic told me all the other tires on the car hauler were just as terrible so if I didn’t stop every two hours to let the tires cool down I would have another blown tire. The truck was also leaking transmission fluid. The transmission sounded absolutely terrible and had trouble down shifting the entire drive. What should have been a 10.5 hour drive took me 18 hours. It was an absolute nightmare.

TOM FUHAUL website showed no 26' trucks available at this location. Was told at the location that 26' "one way" trucks are available and used as "in town trucks" because the in town truck is down for maintenance. Was shown a photo of the dimensions of the 20' truck. It was incorrect. This required several extra hours of loading and unloading, and an additional trip in a separate vehicle. We rent several trucks per year. Tried UHAUL as an alternative source, and regret it.

Jennifer WExplain to the young working there, tht some of us customers would like to hook a trailer up due to the fact it falls on us as operators of the vehicle if not hooked up right. I asked her 4 times to let me handle it since I drive tractor trailers for a living. She finally moved and allowed me to handle after barking that she does it all day everyday. She would have had my wife moving my truck forward and backward still to this day had I not stepped in. She has bad customer service skills.

The first packers people tried to miss use me all day waiting and still never came that was Monday. But Tuesday those guys was the boom the were excellent. I feel like I should get a refund 🤔

Anthony HI got a text alert the truck was ready a day in advance. Thinking it was due to Holiday weekend. Then I get there and that wasn't the case. Well why would I get the text alert a day early 🤷♂️
STEVEN DThe roadway is good but there is a very deep drop off to get to equipment and can cause damage to equipment or vehicle. Got stuck in yard as there is a 15 inch drop off to return equipment. Some parking spaces are very difficult to access due to drop off of roadway.
richard rI returned the rental during business hours. The open sign was on but the door was locked and the building appeared empty. I called the number on the building with no answer. I parked the rental beside another one on the property and left. I didn’t want to park at the gate but there was no other location to park.
