The automated check in was awful, the audio was grainy and extremely hard to understand. Would prefer to just use a screen and answer the questions.

This location will be my new location if they have what I need since thay are smaller. The one on tasker road in Stephens city va has been a joke lately and I had nothing but issues with them last few time with rentals.
