I chose in person for a reason. My phone has limited space so to download any apps is an issue. So the process took longer than I liked.
Alesia BLock was extremely hard to get off. Guy came out to help and was very rude. I thanked him and asked how he got the lock off. He said only you guys had a problem with it and walked off.

Roger APoor customer service at the Atlantic Beach location. The original place I reserved the truck. The day of pickup I was informed that I would have to pick the truck up at the Merrill Rd location. Quite distant from my home. I could have rented a truck within a few minutes from my home by thought U-Haul would be a better experience. I could have rented it from Home Depot down the street instead of the U-Haul store. What a run around.
HERIBERTO VRented dolly and pads and we’re not in the truck when picked up but was charged for the usage. Also the truck engine light was on as soon as I got in the truck. Location was easy to find and get to but that was the only decent thing.

Michael CThere is attendant at the site, the attendant is by video.i waited for 40 minutes to get have the trailer that I rented hooked up yo my vehicle because the location attendant was not there. He then told me he eas not told i was waiti g at the office. The virtual attendant doidmt tell me anything snout the conttract.

DANA JThe location is great but the Uhaul APP was very difficult to use. I had great signal but the app would not upload the pictures I was taking of my license then of the vehicle dash when I was returning. This happened both times I rented the truck on the 22-24 and again on the 26-28 I was so frustrated with the app I returned the truck one day early. The return process was a mess due to the app. Every time I dealt with a customer service agent they were great and professional and were able to help me. I dealt with about 8 agents over the two rental times. Every one of the agents were awsome. Uhaul listen your app sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your people are great and keep your company going. I do appreciate that Uhaul is trying to move ahead of the competition by offering these apps and if they worked they would be great, however the apps are no good and need allot of attention. The customer service agents the agents from the rental facility and all the other agents I spoke and dealt with were awsome so thank them all for me they made my move easy. But again I want to make sure you understand the App sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please fix it.

MARTHA LThe vehicle was not safe for night driving, The headlights did not light the highway unless you turned on the high beams and the light was barely adequate. There is a loud air noise coming through the front edge of the drivers door.

JENER NMaybe tell the customer about the upfront deposit requirement!! I have a very specific budget and I was not informed there would be a deposit! I asked 3 times if there was going to be a deposit requirement after they changed my pick up location 3 times. The last time U-Haul called to change my location I asked if they had a bigger truck they offered a free upgrade for a bigger truck but when I went to the location it was more expensive and a deposit requirement I was not pleased! I will not rent from U-Haul again!

ROBERT CThey do everything virtually, there is an onsite manager but I had to speak to someone on video chat and then they sent a live person to speak to me. When I returned the trailer the live person was not available and after 30 min of waiting I was told he was on lunch and needed to wait another 20-30 min. Which I could not do because of my schedule. I fell like Midguard storage’s business model does not work with the needs of Uhaul and their clients!

CHRISTOPHER WOriginal reservation location was 6 miles away at Solomon's on Beach Blvd. When I arrived there, I only found out that my equipment wasn't available when logging into the App and going to the Pick up Your Truck section. This wasted a lot of time and made me miss an appointment I had set up, as I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to talk to an operator who finally rerouted me to the Midgard Self Storage locationl Would have been very helpful to have received earlier notice.

CALVIN HI find it pointless to say they are tied to uhaul. Literally just parking spots being used in the middle of a massive parking lot. Far away from the building as if they don't want to be associated as a uhaul dealer. All done on the app which isn't the best since the gps feature was crap stating I wasnt close enough to the address. When I went into Midgard, there's no one on site it's ran by a virtual CS department. Sticking with legit uhaul loca

Kelly CThe loacation was actually ok, but the young store manager could not care less. We had to do the ckecking via a virtual assitant on a screen, which worked out find. When we returned the truck back to the same location, we had to do the return with the virtual agent as well. Although we returned the truck at 2:30pm it was not checked in by the Store Manager before the closed at 05:00pm. As I said before, the you guys could not care less. We had to call the UHaul hotline to confirm that we had returned the truck on time. Great Job from Uhaul side, great truck, but the Uhaul partner was below average. Thanks

LESLIE LHonor your agreement. The 15’ truck reserved was roach infested. A 20’ was substituted, at the 15’ rate.and I was billed T the 20’ rate. U-Haul owes me $10 + tax

Caesar HFirst truck had broken mirror, got other truck but 3 issues: 1) Tire maint warning on, 2) Passenger door hardly closed (requires 10 times closing) 3) truck back door/gate also very hard to lock it. Looks trucks are not services well. Also, gas was only half full.
