How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhile I had put the truck was cleaned inside it really wasn’t when we opened the passenger seat. There were broken pieces of food in the door step, on the floorboard, and dead bugs in the seat. When getting to the house to start loading our stuff into it the back was full of sand or dirt that I had to sweep out before we could put our belongings in it. Although the virtual staff was really nice I don’t want to take away from that, but there is no staff on site so a virtual manager was on the screen to help with getting our rental. The U-Haul app wouldn’t allow me to submit photos and we messed around with that for 45 mins. Overall we got the job done, but just some minor issues. Thank you
Ashley SVery please with how easy it was to reserve, pick up and return.
Bryn WWe had a mix up with equipment and I was charged for the insurance even though I declined. I had to go to another location to get straps put on an auto transport which took another 2 hours.
Jennifer GMike at the counter was very helpful and professional in his attitude and work.
