Truck fuel was empty and fuel light was on when I initially received the truck. Also when I scheduled this truck pickup I paid for appliance dolly and furniture pads. This location did not have the appliance dolly and furniture pads so I did not receive any of those
Adam WI was surprised by the virtual manager but the reservation went really well. And the call from the U haul representative regarding the availability of the truck that I needed was also a us. Great job
