Decrease the mileage charge. $1.19/mile? Ridiculous. The 23 miles I drove cost almost as much as the actual truck rental.

martina aGOING INTO THE STORE THERE WAS NOBODY THERE. I CAME TO FIND OUT THAT I CAN TALK TO A GIRL ON A SCREEN. IS SHE REAL OR IS SHE AI GENERATED. IT GIVES A UNFRIENDLY FEELING. VERY COLD. THIS IS WHO I TALKED TO TOO ORDER MY TRUCK FOR THE DAY. THE TRUCK WAS FINE BUT NOT HAPPY WITH TALKING TO SOMEONE ON A COMPUTER SCREEN.
