The CSR was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The trailer has a slight shake/shimmy that needs looking into. I am not talking about sway - the trailer was properly loaded and did not sway. There is a subtle vibration that is transmitted to the vehicle. Midgard is not responsible for the problem, and there is no way they could have known about it unless someone reported it. The trailer had an Ohio plate, so it's been around.

martina aGOING INTO THE STORE THERE WAS NOBODY THERE. I CAME TO FIND OUT THAT I CAN TALK TO A GIRL ON A SCREEN. IS SHE REAL OR IS SHE AI GENERATED. IT GIVES A UNFRIENDLY FEELING. VERY COLD. THIS IS WHO I TALKED TO TOO ORDER MY TRUCK FOR THE DAY. THE TRUCK WAS FINE BUT NOT HAPPY WITH TALKING TO SOMEONE ON A COMPUTER SCREEN.
