CRAIG MThe only part of the rental experience was using the remote staff portal at the "rental counter". A live person helped me after a couple minutes, but I would rather work with folks in the flesh, rather than a remote staffer on a TV screen. Its just to cold and impersonal for me.

Daniel HVirtual assistant was no help. Called number for location and no help. Finally 1-800-u-haul was helpful. It was as if u-haul did not want the trailer back ! Makes me hesitant to rent from u-haul again.

Floyd CVery confusing process to pick up the vehicle. It was hard to find the office, in relation to where the trucks are parked, and the key box area is not well marked-just a small U-Haul sign. Combination lock to the key box was rusty and difficult to turn and open.
Michelle JHey there, when I went back to rental facility, they only had a virtual person available. I went up to office which is a far distance from where trailers are parked to see if I needed to do return paperwork there. The virtual assistant that came on was very hard to understand but told me just to drop the trailer. Unfortunately, there was not anyone available to help me unhitch the trailer (2:00 pm)and I had difficult getting it unhitched. Was not sure where everyone was.
KENNETH TI’ve rented several times in the past from U-Haul, however this was my first “ virtual “ experience where there wasn’t a person on-site and the end to end process is virtual. It was much more complicated, unclear, it I spent a lot of time trying to follow email instructions and “ figure it out “ on my own.
STEPHEN SNo one there then they said via video they couldn’t take it there then I had to call and they said it’s ok to leave it there. Overall a terrible experience.

BRIAN GU-haul is a mess in Seneca. 3 stops. Midgard has no signage and trucks and trailers are behind a giant building. Really nice employees, but GOTTA ADD SIGNS. Took two hours to drop off in a town I now live in. Sad.

Matthew LSignage to the u-haul parking was not present. Wasn’t sure where to park after hours, but eventually found my way around a large storage building to find some trucks parked in a gravel lot.

Jane BWe rented a truck on Thanksgiving day through mobile pickup. It took an hour to finally drive out. The mobile app was not that user friendly, and the equipment ordered was not in the truck. Bruce at that location sorted things out.

ROBERT KIt appeared clean. There was no signage that was easy to see, no real direction of where to go. I returned the rental at night and there was not enough light to really see anything to understand where to go or where to leave the rental. There was a sign that stated "Dump Area" that was confusing at best.
HOWARD SHad issues with equipment, I asked to have a manager call me in regards to the issues. I have not heard anything from Uhaul or manager. So I am now leaving this review
James DThe trailer road fine but leaked a lot. I had 7 twin mattresses (luckily on top of cardboard to keep them clean) but they all got wet. 6 of the 7 will probably be fine but one of them is completely soaked and stained. That one is probably ruined. I’m letting it dry out to see.
