john rWell we had to get road side assistance and it cost us not to see the 4th July fireworks. The air conditioner stop working same day it was very hot all day. The truck would not start and the first they dispatched cancelled on them so they had to call for a second one which left us waiting for all most 2 hours. Wasn't very happy but glad to see the second one which was death valley.

Had I known that I would have returned it quickly. I feel that I was taken advantage of, you got your money and I got a trailer that was past it's prime 10 years ago.

CRAIG MThe only part of the rental experience was using the remote staff portal at the "rental counter". A live person helped me after a couple minutes, but I would rather work with folks in the flesh, rather than a remote staffer on a TV screen. Its just to cold and impersonal for me.

Daniel HVirtual assistant was no help. Called number for location and no help. Finally 1-800-u-haul was helpful. It was as if u-haul did not want the trailer back ! Makes me hesitant to rent from u-haul again.

Floyd CVery confusing process to pick up the vehicle. It was hard to find the office, in relation to where the trucks are parked, and the key box area is not well marked-just a small U-Haul sign. Combination lock to the key box was rusty and difficult to turn and open.
Michelle JHey there, when I went back to rental facility, they only had a virtual person available. I went up to office which is a far distance from where trailers are parked to see if I needed to do return paperwork there. The virtual assistant that came on was very hard to understand but told me just to drop the trailer. Unfortunately, there was not anyone available to help me unhitch the trailer (2:00 pm)and I had difficult getting it unhitched. Was not sure where everyone was.
