How U-Haul Reviews WorkWas charged 3 gallons of gas after I added $10 of gas and only drove 12 miles
Matthew JThe staff were very helpful and friendly. The trailer however had a leaky door seal, and many of my items were wet when I got to my destination. Very disappointing.
Sheri HOther than the back of truck being dirty/garbage it was great.
JOSEPH BToo impersonal. Errie! Lobby made me feel like I was in a real life "Clockwork Orange" setting. Better directions to key case almost 2 blocks away. Manager guy did a great job easing confusion and getting me on my way. Also, final location for truck was 10 miles farther from original email location. Cost me extra milage.
