Should include price charge for the actual mileage use, not a surprise charge when picking up the UHaul. Ex: $39.99 for 26foot uhaul +$1.19/each mileage use.

I was charged for 3 days, but had the vehicle less than 48 hrs. I was told by customer service rep that my rate would be for 2 days. I still haven't received a response from the location about the issue.

Nicole and her team made a stressful time in my life pleasant. She was a welcoming presence and a stark contrast to the VERY RUDE and unprofessional lady setting up our rental. Not the very First Lady that set up the initial but the 2nd lady that told us where the 26” Truck we needed was located! Due to her, I will avoid the corporate number altogether and go straight to Nichole in the future. Either her or the wonderful people on Magnolia Ave near McKinley!

I highly recommend Mid-Hill of Eastvale Uhaul! Even if you have to go slightly out of your way (if you are in Corona, South Ontario, West Riverside, Eastvale). The people are friendly and get you in as fast or slow (if you are a talker like me) as you like. As long as I am in the IE I wont use another Uhaul service.

I put gas and they over charge me don't know what a bad survise the boy work there didn't check the milage didn't walk check the truck if there is any damage before I rent so good luck with this kind of service

the lady told me over the phone that if I drop it off early (that I can get reimbursed, only if I went less than the mileages given). Once I arrived which was a day early, she said I'm under the mileage but she called her manager and there is nothing we can give back and that she's young and new and that was her fault and I could call customer service if I wanted. She also asked if my ride was for me because she didn't feel like helping another customer she is tired. I said but that's given you business and she said yeah but she is ready to go home. horrible attitude and not knowledgeable. its clearly not fair how UHUAL capitalize on return trucks a day early but can rent them out, hence getting paid double for one truck.

I was not told upon renting that I would be charged almost a dollar per mile. This ended up costing me two and a half times what I was quoted. That is incredibly unprofessional and now I am short on my rent. How are people supposed to budget for a move when they are lied to about rates?

The total number experience was excellent. The lady on the phone and the young man who attended us were pleasant and up front. They definitely were customer friendly. The van was the van, what can I say for the price. It did the job.

The truck was dirty and there was still blankets in tue back when I got there. No one was wearing masks,not even in there little office building.i was but I guess they didn't care

The gas gauge was slightly different than was marked. I took a picture of it, but didn't know how to upload it. Therefore, I was charged for gasoline, which was not correct.

Dont screw them over with overchsrges like u did with me... i returned that vehicle on wednesday the same day we picked it up earlier.. they told us they clise at 6pm. We got there at 545 pm abd they were clsed. We droppedoff the vehicle and yet we wrre charhed extra.. the Eastvale yard needs to get their shit together.. I will no longer do service with these donkey dingleberry diver test tube babies..u guys fucking suck more than an alimony check

this individual u haul center accommodated us where another failed. Nicole was able to get us the truck as needed where the other rental in Norco failed. She was great, as she was able to let us have an IN TOWN truck rather than a one way, as long as we brought it back. Mileage was within 80 miles, which covered what we needed. She felt the need to help us as our whole moving time was being thrown off. U-Haul in general needs to get its shit together. We went to pick up a truck in Norco, and it was not there. They contacted the customer who had the truck and she thought she would have the truck for 3 days. She then said she may have it back "in a couple of hours" The rental place said they couldn't not guarantee they would have it there, and there was another one available out of our areas if we wanted to make the drive to get it. Leaving only a 15 minute span between one person dropping off a truck and the next customer picking up the truck is not very customer friendly. I am not recommending U haul to anyone, ever. It used to be a great company to rent from. Not anymore.

This sight even stayed late for drop off. I'm sorry that I didn't get the girls name that helped but she was real nice and made sure everything worked as planned.

I returned a one way u-haul and made sure I always fill the gas up a bit more than how I got it. Parked it and went into the office where the representative was busy with a customer. She instructed me to leave the keys and she would check me out and I'd receive the email. I was reluctant as the normal procedure is to come out look at the truck and check the gas. I gave the benefit of the doubt against my gut and I should have insisted on waiting. 30 or so min after and I get the email with $10.42 charge claiming I shorted the gas. I called and said that was impossible. She said well that's what the gas was at and said there was nothing she could do to adjust it once it's been closed out. I said I will not pay this as I wouldn't go to the trouble of filling it up only to short it. That's just ridiculous. I even compensated by adding more than needed for the drive to drop off. So I asked if I needed to call customer service or would she handle this and call me back? She said she would call me back but that never happened. This isn't about the money but more the principle so I called my bank to dispute the charge and was credited the amount. Always insist on the representative to physically check the truck and gas with you to avoid this issue.

Maintain maintenance on your fleet. Provide customers with well maintained vehicles and take older vehicles out of inventory. Do not provide customers with trucks that have recently had service repairs if you're not 100% sure they are operable. I have quite a few disappointing experiences in the past few days with U-haul which I believe is a reflection of upper management at U-haul and not your local branch Managers.

Quality of service poor I rented a l0/15 got charged for a 20 foot, uhaul not ready when I arrived placed another order for my grandson . Three visit to the uhaul and my order not right. I was c quoted 29.99. please check duplicate orders under Betty Porter and last order placed under Wayland Gilliam. I even prepaid onAugust 14 and upon arrival on the 15 you required a new order and my credit card. I have been overbilled and request that you refund me immediately. I encountered the same problem in 2006 when I used your company. A very unhappy customer. Betty
