Rough parking lot, prefer a place with concrete or asphalt

I reserved a small Uhaul at the corona store and was called last minute and told I had to pick it up at the Eastvale location. I picked up the truck from a very young man (under 18). He just drove up the uhaul and left the key in it and I left in the uhaul to move a couple boxes to storage on Main Street in corona. I couldn’t have driven more than ten miles and returned the truck in five hours. They charged me $90 for this. Every time I have moved and used a Uhaul in the past, it’s never been more than $42 and I had the uhaul for 24 hours. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.

The location is basic for business, quick service - in and out. Truck was a little dusty in the inside and smelled of smoke, I understand that people don’t treat these vehicle well - as they should. Overall a very good experience and the young person running the busses today was great

The truck was perfectly suitable and I’m pleased with the location. But it could have been cleaned a bit more on the inside—just a quick wipe down and remove the beer can that was left behind. Otherwise, I was very happy with the services that were provided and the vehicle’s performance.

Not really applicable to this location, I had to calling customer service and spoke with someone named Johnny who was incredibly rude unhelpful and obnoxious super disappointed by my experience with the customer service and again not applicable to this location also I think it’s horrible that you have to pay five dollars every day to rent blankets it should be a one time fee regardless of how many days do you haul I spent $35 on blankets that I never use

I was overcharged. I drove the van for 32 miles but was charged for 49 miles and when I called the location they directed me to some other customer service location which was on hold for ever.

Associate was very nice and courteous.

Note: There was a system update that started as we were in the midst of our pick-up. Needless to say we had a hard time getting finished. It took almost an hour because of the delay.

Only bad part was that the truck I had rented smelt like cigarette smoke from a previous user of the truck

My son and son-in-law felt that your customer service man was very rude to me. Since I was paying for the truck, I dealt with him while they waited. I was there to rent a 20' truck yet I felt like I was infringing on his time, he was impatient and snappish when I asked questions. He talked fast, faced the computer screen when explaining (very little) about the contract. When I said "what", he appeared irritated and spoke loudly in my direction. When I told him that I said "what" because I wear hearing aids and could not understand him, his behavior did not change. I am a high school Special Education English teacher and I don't have students who speak to me in that way, let alone a company representative. He lacks communication skills, something we teach in schools. My receipt says his name is (left blank for privacy). He could do with social skills training. If he also has a disability (such as I do) I want you to know that he could be trained in customer service and learn how to talk with people. It might be a good idea to have him wear a button that mentions this (when I go shopping with out my hearing aides, I do this so others don't think I am ignoring them). If he has no disability and this is just his character, I would recommend that he not deal with customers. I will not be recommending your location to anyone. No one deserves to be treated in such a dismissive manner.

Everyone was polite and professional with arrangements and questions on the rentals...I would definitely recommend this Mid-Hall location U-Haul...this has been my second great experience... ; )

Don’t promote 40 dollars on your truck and then charge people 225 bucks it’s miss leading especially when I only drove 40 miles that’s way under 225 bucks but as far as employees I’d give U-Haul A+ Both pick up and drop off we’re great service

First off when I arrived at the Mid- Hill Golf Center in Eastvale location I was told that there where no pickup trucks available for me to rent. The attendant seemed confused and iron form on that locations existing inventory as well as how to navigate the computer system in order to search which locations would be able to provide me service. was referred to the next closest location which was the Norco location on 6th Street. I drove over there because the website said that there was a truck that could be rented. I get to the Norco location and the attendant, who is very nice and helpful, stated that the system was incorrect and then it happens all the time. They don't have pick ups at that location and they haven't had pickups for a while yet customers are always coming in asking for pickup trucks. Some of them have reservations even for a pickup truck that was never there in the first place. The attendant then looked into the system and found that there was a pickup truck to be rented... Exactly at the same spot I was just at..... the Mid Hill Golf location. Not only that, but the truck will be available in 15 minutes. So he made the reservation for me, I thanked him, and headed back to Mid Hill. Once there, I wasn't treated like someone who had just ran back and forth trying to get a truck. I was treated more like, "well do you want the truck or not". The truck itself was functional however the interior smells like smoke ... heavy. The interior also look like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while and the exterior of the truck was covered in dirt to the point where I had to use the windshield wipers to clear off the front windshield. Having been through the hassle of trying to rent the truck already I simply settled for this truck that I received in order to complete the task I needed to get done. I returned the truck promptly as well as with more fuel in it then when at last Overall, this was a pretty crappy experience as well as a pretty poor example of business operations at this location, customer service, and overall customer satisfaction. Would not recommend
