Not charge a customer for .9 miles over when: 1. He went direct from one location to another with no stops on a one way rental. Uhaul figured the miles, not me. 2. The client returns the vehicle with 1/4 more than he received it.

I spoke with personnel at Eastvale location and was very helpful. I am upset that after the fact I am being charged $20 for wrong destination charge. It was clear every time I spoke to anyone at UHaul where I was picking up and where I was leaving the truck. I agreed to quoted price. No one ever told me any different! Now you charge me $20!!!! I'm upset that that is your only explanation and I paid in advance! That's just wrong!!!

This facility may not be training their staff appropriately. They are employing younger staff who may have this as their first job and are not accustomed to taking reasonable care in their work. The individual mounting the trailer to my receiver did not take the requisite care and crashed the trailer into the rear of my vehicle when he lost control of the trailer while moving it closer to the ball.

we made our reservation when calling the 6th street corona facility, made our reservation for the corona location, got a confirmation via email for corona location. after waiting 45 minutes in line at the corona location, We were told we had to go to eastvale location, very upset.

The vehicle smelled so bad, I ASSUMED the smell was from the farm next door, so I just ignored it. The kid renting me the van said it was probably the van, and again, I ASSUMED he was joking. I even said, “you wouldn’t really rent out a vehicle that smells like this, you’re joking, right?” The 70 mile round trip, all I could smell was poop….and I just kept telling myself that it was all in my head…it was just that smell from that farm. So I went and picked up the furniture from the store and took it home. When I opened up the side door to help unload the furniture, there was the source of the smell…..animal feces in the van! LOTS of little round animal feces! So the kid KNEW it really was the van that smelled and thought it was okay to rent it to me…..I had even told him that I was going to be picking up my new furniture….he didn’t think that he should perhaps give me a van that didn’t have animal poop in it?!?!?! It’s not like they didn’t have other vehicles….there were at least 5-6 other trucks and vans on the lot that he could have given me. And then just to make the day all the worse…when I went back to return the van and they were closed, I had to walk across a dirt area to the “night key drop box”…. through sprinklers……and as I was trying to push the “too large to fit the hole” key into the box, I ended up with a couple hundred ants biting my legs. No, it’s not U-haul’s responsibility for ants, but could you possibly put the drop box somewhere that isn’t on a dirt area with sprinklers going off?
