Mark BTHIS WAS NOT THE DROP OFF LOCATION. Drop off was in Clinton Twp. Michigan. Those guys were great as well ! Super easy to get in / out !
Tim CThis location is great but the boys that work the front desk the Sunday morning of 8/23 can use a class in Customer Service. The facility opens at 7:30 and they were 15 minutes late to open. No apology or even greeted with a Good Morning. They almost seemed bothered that we were there and they had to wake up to take care of our needs. Although when we finally dropped off the uhaul at 4:30pm Connor greeted us warmly, with a smile and EXCELLENT Customer Service. Very nice young man! great attitude.
