They were pleasant and very customer oriented. They went out of their way to answer my questions and to make sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the entire process.
Joan DCheck in was very smooth. No problems at all. Even with only one guy there, as it was late on Sunday afternoon, he was busting his butt and helping everyone. This is a gigantic U-Haul facility with lots of choices.

Kit KI returned the unit before 1:00pm. As I parked rhe truck in the lot snd began the check in process a very disrespectful, rude,co condescending worker began to harass me. Said his name was WYATT but who knows. I've never had a more disrespectful experience ever, at any establishment! This child should not be around customers. He approached me outside and asked "do you need something." I said no, im just checking thw truck in, taking my pictures. The moron the physically make a moce in my direct while saying "well, hurry up." From that moment on he cursed at me and began to ask me why I had an attitude. Insane experience. I will be calling corporate.
