John McDougalThere were screws where you drive up on the ramp along with other items left on it. The U-Haul personnel Crystal took the day off as she said she did not have any need to go in, the reservations were made the week before. The young man working in the auto shop area called her on the phone so I could get the car hauler rented.

Guy ScottVery nice people, however, how are you supposed to get a 35' motohome into that facility to put a dolly on? That was part of the request and requirements when I placed the order in Tucson Arizona. Also, units were not safety checked at all. We had issues during the trip that threatened our saftey and our personal property. Folks were nice, but not in a position to help.

DUSTIN LARGINPerson performing the rental was knowledgeable about the process, but since she doesn't do it every day it did take a little time. If I am pressed for time, I will probably go to a Uhaul center instead of a licensed dealer.

RANDY BINKLEYAwful experience won’t ever get rent from uhaul again… didn’t even have my dolly I requested had to go somewhere else… put us in the wrong truck changed locations of pick last minute the day before
AMY JOHNSONThe people at the location where I got my truck were nice. Still not very happy that for the second time in a row… at the last minute,the location I rented from did not have my truck. Arrived expecting a truck…no luck. Twice in a row folks. Pretty sure they overcharged me on my mileage fees turned my truck in 21 hours early , and was charged for two full days.. Not happy and will not use haul again.

JOSHUA LAROQUEMake sure the cabs are clean from previous renters. My truck I rented has wood pellets and a Simla food all over the floor board. This made the truck smell like I was in a pet store. Not very inviting for sure!
