This location was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Uhaul should not want this location representing the Uhaul brand. This is a convenient store they pushed me aside to help customers checking out, the had loud rap music playing in the store line it was a club, and was yelling at me to complete my rental because the music was so loud. I had to ask him to lower the music while conducting business. He charged me for ins, and I told him not too, and I need to make sure I was refunded. I will never go to that location again, and everyone I know for will tell not to use that location. Absolutely horribleKATINA A.

I ordered one Dolly to be placed and it was not placed on truck as usual. When I returned the truck I asked for it to be removed from receipt and uhaul representative agreed. Later to find it in my receipt!Wessam Mahmoud A.
I received a truck that required me to fill up before I left the store. I was told my tut seller to take up my matters with customer service. Then while driving from Dallas to Houston, the truck had battery trouble that required roadside assistance. I had to get a jumpstart at every stop in order to make it to my drop off location.JESSICA S.

I was told that if I wanted to return it to another location that was closer to my destination then I would be charged a $100 fee so I was forced to drive back to the location causing an inconvenience. Great staff, but horrible policy.TRAKECE B.
I was told that my bank, Chime, was not really a bank and I couldn't use my card for the van but I could for a box truck. I was told, and I reserved a hand dolly but there wasn't one available so I had to take a roller. I had to also give two references. I've never been treated like that in renting anything. Completely sub par. No way I'll go back or tell anyone to go there.Douglas G.
The interior was filthy and had long hairs near where you plug your seat belt in. Other than that the interior was fine. My issue is when I went to return the truck I was told I was good to go by handing him the keys. I wanted proof I returned it in good condition with no issues. They make you sign a contract that you are liable for a 35000 dollar machine, but won't give you anything stating that the contract is over to protect yourself. I had to call support who then called an area manager who called them and told them to check it in. After waiting in the parking lot for nearly an hour I finally got confirmation it we returned.
