The freaking truck was on EMPTY when we picked it up. I drove only 15 miles, left the merchant know it was empty—the pickup inspection had photos to prove it was empty— and UHUAL charged me a REFUEL FEE and service fee, which was about $90 freaking dollars. I filed a dispute and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I have called them and they keep ending up with a, “that is the general manager’s job. They’ll get back to you.” I’m pissed and unsure why the service went downhill and especially when responding to this.
