I do not see where any improvements need to be made. From start to finish everyone was a pleasure to do business with. I hope I don't need their services again anytime soon, but if I know someone that needs a U-Haul I will be recommending this location.

I think it's amazing that I went a total of just 28.9 miles with a 15 foot U-Haul truck and it took $30.00 to fill it up 8.574 gallons just to go 28.9 miles that's a total of 3.37 miles per gallon and I didn't have very much stuff to haul the heaviest thing was a old wooden gun cabinet which I can carry by myself. My 2011 GMC Truck with a 4.8 Liter V8 engine gets better mileage than your U-Haul.

My mattress and lazy boy recliner are ruined because the old truck that I was rented leaked. I had asked about a newer truck and they said they have to rent them in a certain order and that was the one I was rented. I didn't know I would need flood/rain coverage for inside the truck!
