My reservations where changed 48 hours prior to my pick up to a location that closes at my pick up time. I almost was not able to pick up my trailer.

Pickup location. Not the shop I rented everything through which was full service and had all the needs supplies. Overall, excellent experience with the process and communication. Went off without a hitch.

Gas gauge was noted incorrectly. Dolly was missing and had to drive to another location in the snow. And the person checking me out had no care in the world. Not impressed or great way to start my trip.
