Customer service contact at this location was wonderful! They explained things to me in a helpful and calm manner. They helped me through the technical portion of using the app to submit id. They hooked up the trailer and did a great job! They did an inspection with me and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back! Thanks!

CHAD PThe friendly staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. After a short time I was on my way out with the trailer I rented. I was delayed at work and again in traffic, the staff was kind and understanding, they did not charge me an extra day like the other place did. Highly recommended, I will use Midwest Clearances Furniture again for my U-Haul needs. Thank you.

Gregory WI honestly felt like the truck was going to fall apart at any point in time. When I engaged the brakes it let out a weird screeching noise and when I would accelerate in first gear it would also let out a weird screeching noise. I specifically remember telling the guy that I needed the truck for 24 hours and I got a message saying that I had been late for drop off after 6 hours. The reservation I made was for 6 hours but I didn’t mean for it to be six hours hence me telling the guy that checked the keys out to me that I needed the truck for twenty four hours. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful but I feel like all in all I’ve learned my lesson.

Midwest COver the phone customer service needs serious attention. I called a booked a truck and trailer with a roughly $350 estimate. I was then called and said I couldn’t have what I booked and had to change it and was told it would be the same price. By the end of it I spent over $800 for something I was quoted less than $400 for. I understand people make mistakes but your people need to know what truck and trailer combos they can and can’t do and communicate that before proceeding. Overall it was a decent experience but the price change last minute is ridiculous and if I could have gone a different route I definitely would have

SHONDREA MThey were many dashboard lights on, including check engine. And you had to mash the breaks to get it to stop. I did know that it needed to be serviced before I took it but was told it was safe to drive.

DELANO MI would love it if I could enter all of my payment information, and rent the trailer or tow dolly at a much earlier hour in the day...place doesn't open until 10am. When having to haul vehicles for family or friends, I'd prefer to start as early as possible in the day, like... before the birds start chirping LoL
LANCE SOnline pickup was awful and did not work and there was an hour wait on the phone to talk to someone. This put us two hours behind for our entire day. We were also asked to bring it back within six hours and asked for a discount which they said they would due to two hour wait to pickup and the fact we still returned it early per request. Very disappointed in the entire process.

David HDriver side door has to be slammed multiple times before the ‘door open’ light goes off. The doors inner panel is loose so one has to lower the window manually, grab the metal part of the door to slam it.
JAWAD KThe truck was great --- the online experience to pick-up the truck was horrible. It was difficult to get the lock open --- I had to try it several times. The approval process after loading ID and my pic was too long. And all the pictures needed of the truck wouldn't load.

NORA AI received box truck with 9/16 of a tank of gas. When I went to return it, I stopped and added fuel hoping to get it back to 9/16 of a tank. Well I wound up getting it up to 3/4 of a tank. When I asked if I get compensated or credit, she said unfortunately not and thank you for the 3/4 tank of gas. Shitty business practices and I won’t use or recommend your company again. This is 2025. Every penny counts. Bye
