The truck had the dock lock located on the passenger side of the vehicle, which means that each time I entered the truck I had to climb over to the driver's side. The space in truck was tight and I have knee issues. The truck smelled like coffee that was dried from a spill in the cup holder. The floors had sand/dirt on them and all the paneling needed to be wiped and sanitized. The representatives were very nice; however, the equipment was awful.
Tarsha RThe truck had 108,000 miles on it. Would not drive straight at highway speeds. The door rattled like it was going to fall off and the whole truck sound like it was falling apart when you hit a bump. The air conditioner went from hot to cold for the entire 3 hours I had the truck. It didn’t feel safe and was not comfortable to drive with 95+ degree weather.
