In the event that I truck is not back on time and someone else have reservation to pick the truck up. Store should be contacting the person who should be returning truck back. Not when the person who have reservation to pick up the truck when they get there. Overall, the staff was very pleasant regarding the situation. Even though I was really upset because my movers canceled due to the truck issue. They insured to tackle the situation at hand and make it work out.
