The new management is a wonderful improvement. The gentleman working there was very accommodating. The shop is much cleaner and organized than it was. I will not hesitate to use this Uhaul in the future! Right next to a Walmart gas station as well for that last minute fill up. Very convenient.

Really tough to get in and out with busy traffic on the main road out front. Also, not the easiest place to park a larger truck.

I originally reserved the truck from another location but a customer did not bring it back when they were supposed to but Uhaul was very quick to fix the problem. It was a little inconvenient but I was very much compensated. Excellent customer service. Very satisfied with how I was treated and how the problem was fixed. Thank you.

The person who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. However, the location of the building and parking lot is very crowded and difficult to maneuver around with a Uhaul trailer attached.

Make the entrance to the location more noticeable. It is right at a stoplight so I initially had an issue identifying where to turn in. Once there, the attendant was AWESOME.

Nothing that I can think of. Rolled up and evidently they were expecting me and ready. I never even had to get out of my vehicle. Unhooked the trailer, checked it in on a tablet and emailed my receipt. In and out in 3 minutes.

Self service drop off but the location is hard to access from the main road and there is ZERO parking available to return a trailer without blocking building or storage unit gate. Definitely not an ideal self drop off location.
