The 5x8 enclosed trailer I rented wasn't opened till well after I picked it up and when I finally opened the trailer it loaded down with old flooring but the location was already closed. There were wood pieces and flooring all in the trailer. I could have moved everything in max two trips and due to the flooring and wood I was forced to do 5 trips. I was. Very displeased with this and dont know if I will use this location again. Also, the wire harness for the tail light hookup didnt work either. The pins connector was crushed so I didnt have lights the entire time I was driving. I wasn't able to go swap the trailer due to being on time constraints for the move.

Charged me 13 dollars for gas and i put 7 dollars into it before checking out also mileage was off and charged for that also. I was told there was 3/4 tank of gas. It was lower than 3/4. I filled it to where i was left with.

There’s ALOT of steps to just pick up mobily. A lot of picture taking and waiting to be approved... waiting to contact alternate number... taking more pics of truck when you return ... overall it was fine. It got the job done. Just a little time consuming if you have a schedule to be on. We would do it again, if we had to. But not easy for the average tech user over 50.

The gentleman who worked there did his job well. He was very helpful. However, the after hours check-in process requires the customer to be on the Uhaul property and online. I was unable to do this and ended up late to work the following day to avoid a $20 fee. I didn't like the fact that the website required using personal data on a mobile device to complete the uploading of photos. I was also asked to take photos of my own driver's license and upload them on site. I couldn't do that either. If the company wants to require customers to do these things, why don't they offer free wifi? I'll go somewhere else next time I need to rent a truck.

There was no one at the location or instructions as to where to leave the trailer. I dropped it off at 4:35 pm on a Friday afternoon. The location was at the end of a strip shopping center, I asked one of the other shop owners, next door to the U-Haul place, where I should leave the trailer. He said he didn't know and was not sure when anyone would be in. He also seemed a bit irritated that people were leaving things and blocking the parking lot. I placed the trailer in front of one of the UHaul vehicles already parked at the location and left my contract in the dropbox.

The area was difficult to understand on how to get into the drop off area. Posting some signs would help a lot.

It's not their fault. They have a very poor location, nearly no room to turn around, and have strange business hours. Perhaps that I fell and hit my head against their brick wall and skinned my knees and hands had something to do with my impression of it too. There was an odd step up to sidewalk and I didn't notice it. The employees are fine, and I think they all do the best they can do with the area they have. It's just not an ideal "uhaul" location like I've been used to using in the past.

i was told by customer service that i would be able to get a month free if i went with uhual. when i arrived at location they denied the promotion and i was forced to pay the 1st month up front. terrible experice, i will never rent uhual again and will always refer people to budget and penske or local companies

Not a comment but a compliment. We underestimated our travel time and needed to add one more day to our rental and when I called, the uhaul rep was so nice and gave us the additional day free. Thank you!!!
